Spent 35 minutes waiting for my food order inside, then they hand me my bag of food to food to feed 4 people all in the same bag, it falls to the floor and employees just walk away, spent another 10 minutes standing there waiting for someone to come up front so I can get new food. They remake it and it’s all wrong… could definitely tell no management was in the building, one of the employees were wearing slippers the rest just plain out rude. Will never return back.

I was there a few days ago. I ordered $25 worth of food. I even tipped the lady $20 extra because she was so nice when taking the order. However, when I got home I had three tacos and a potato with cheese. I was very disappointed! I don’t want to be that guy that stops and checks his bag when leaving the restaurant. I doubt I will go back to this Taco Bell

Ordered a 5 layer a crunch wrap and 3 Supreme tacos. Made it home and was given 2 regular tacos and a bean burrito and no crunch wrap to be seen. Had to go back the 12 miles to get. Super sad experience. Will update.

Yesterday, I was going to try two Cinnabons. I ordered through the drive -thru. They go on to ask me if I will round up for some scholarship. I proceed to tell them sure if I can have a scholarship application. The guy responded with you have to work here. Okay, whatever. I wait in line …I finally proceed to the window. I hand the cashier my $2.00 she hands it back me and says they didn’t know they didn’t have any.

Usually have no problems at this location! Entered the building and immediately was told that we could only order at the kiosk or through the drive thru. Ordered at the kiosk because we were the ONLY people inside and there were several cars in the drive thru. Went to the counter to wait on the order, we were handed drink cups and the slushies we ordered right away. As I stood there and watched car after car go through the drive thru, I began to get frustrated. After 35 minutes of standing there waiting, someone finally brought me a bag of tacos, which tacos is all we ordered. Got them back to the table and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM WERE WRONG! Spent over $40 there, waited 35 minutes for the food to be all wrong. Asked for a refund, a refund is supposed to go back on my card with in 24 hours, have not seen it yet, and they are only refunding $30. Asked for the refund receipt and was told I had to take a picture of it because they had to keep the refund receipt.
