Edit 07/19/23: Ordered INSIDE pick up today, specifically so I wouldn’t have to wait in the drive thru line. However, when I got to the restaurant the freaking door was locked! So I had to wait in the drive thru line anyway which completely defeats the point. Don’t advertise in-store pick up IF IT IS NOT AVAILABLE.

I’ve placed a web order 3 times in the morning for this place 2 of those times they had no problem making lunch stuff at that time but the third time they tell me I have to come back an hour later in order to get my food and that I can’t cancel or anything. Would not recommend going here, the one on Navarre is less than 3 minutes away and way better at their job.

We waited it line today for about 20 minutes everyone in front of us ordered we were next went to the speaker and they didn’t answer we set for about another 15 minutes and honk are horn no one answered all the people behind us was honking no answer we drive up to window they said there thing never went off and if we wanted to order we have to get back in line again after we already waited forever very terrible service

I dont know what to say about this place, in the last 10 orders at this location,we have maybe had one complete order correct. I have been “told” this is a training store, well they are not doing any training. Back to traveling to Oregon on Navarre, they get the order spot on, everytime.

Normally this place would be good and I would spend 20 or more dollars here, in which I did this time again, but when I ordered it was terrible. First off they lied when I called about the inside being open. Then the drive thru person was very rude. And lastly they got my order wrong. Didn’t give me one of my Nacho Fries when I ordered two, no nacho cheese at all to dip them in, and finally I also got two chicken quesadillas, and one of them didn’t have ANY chicken in it, just chipotle sauce and cheese.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes patiently waiting for the girl at the drive thru to finish waiting on her window without being acknowledged. When I finally said “excuse me” she glared at me angrily and said ” you’re just going to have to wait”. Needless to say we walked out. And will never go back.

The girls standing there giggling and staring at us while wait for our online order. We stood there waiting for someone ask us can I help u but nothing. Waited 13 mins until one girl was leaving for the night and asked us if we had been helped. We said no and she apologized. Counter service sucks. Thought it would be quicker since the drive thru was slammed.
