Until such a time that the corporate owners of all fast-food retailers start running their operations ethically, they won’t deserve any rating. Pay all your employees, management on down more. Pay Management hourly, the salary trap is cruel and inhuman. Train better. Don’t raise prices for at least 5 years.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. It was about 8 pm. The line was super long which was fine. We ordered our food. Waited 20 min then came to the window. They shut the lobby down about 830 ish. We finally got our food. We started to drive away. I checked to make sure everything thing was there. And of course it was not. They had the doors locked and line was super long. So I tried to call like 10 times. No one answered. So we drove around and parked by the window and I walked up to the window I told her what we were missing. While I was standing there waiting I observed one work just standing there eating, very load music playing, workers dancing. So they hand me the food. I walk away we drive home sit down to eat and the grilled cheese burrito it completely burnt on both sides. And my two hard tacos were completely broken. It’s just insane to me that the price on everything is very high then you don’t even get to eat what you paid. And no one even answers the phone. It’s very frustrating. And I have pictures.

Very disappointed with my visit!!! they put the pizza on bottom of bag with 12 tacos on top and half the Order was messed up ordered a deluxe box a was missing everything in the box because they don’t use box an throw everything in bag!! Please use boxes they make it so much easier and some people order them because they are easier for kids and know everything is in there

Management is horrible the store messes up on your food then they want to make fun of you when u asked for it to be replaced and talk stuff about you the whole time while remaking your order and while your leaving! The money isn’t the problem it’s getting your stuff made the right way!! Horrible Taco Bell to go to and they give rotten tomatoes ♀️ and forgot to add sour cream and we’re petty and charged for it!

They told me they couldn’t give me my food or a refund- that I’d just have to dispute the charge with my bank. They couldn’t offer me a discount, didn’t offer to take my order again, and the manager said to blame the Area Manager Karen. When I called corporate, the CSR said this is unacceptable and that the location should have turned mobile ordering off. This location is the worst. And I think its maybe Jasmine that had an attitude problem? Every time something is wrong, shes the manager in charge and she always seems to think its funny when I complain.

They did not alow me to go pick it up inside and directed me to go into the drive thru. It took over 20 minutes to take 3 cars ordersand when we got up they said there mobile systems are down and contact support

At 7:58 2 minutes before opening, we were turned away at the drive thru. The employee said “we don’t open for about 10 more minutes. ” this store will also refuse to take your order later in the day unless you place it through door dash. If you don’t want to work, maybe get a different job, or start doing the one that you agreed to.

You can tell management has change recently. The quality has gone down drastically. For two years, I swore up and down this was the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, but in the last 6 months or so its been rough. My order is ALWAYS – every single time- incorrect. The wait time if you order inside is insane. Someone on the line literally said they don’t care about inside orders.

I’ve seen better quality dog food .soft Taco supreme was like somebody already chewed the beef what little there was , but there was lots of grease they don’t skimp on that. took one bite out of each one and threw everything out they’re very consistent on shity quality they both tasted just as bad. last time I go to a Taco Bell
