Ridiculously expensive! The prices were easily twice as much as other Taco Bell restaurants. I am ok with them charging a little more for the convenience of being right on the tollway, but this is taking advantage of travelers. They made a mistake with our order even though there was only one other customer, so not busy. The Dr Pepper wasn’t mixing right, but the nice lady fixed it when we told her. I would not go here again.

I used to go here all the time, even though they were more expensive than other taco bell locations. They do a good job with their menu items. But now the prices are too high. $20 for a regular combo meal. Never again.

The food was so delicious and hot. It was made really well not sloppy at all. It was so good.

I don’t know what people are talking about. There were only 2 or 3 employees working when I ordered so yes, it took a little longer than normal. But they weren’t loathing around either. My food was put together nicely and didn’t taste like it had been sitting out. The staff was friendly as well.

I give a star to the really nice employee who agreed the over priced food is extremely redick! DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU OK WITH SPENDING EXTREME AMOUNT OF MONEY.. THEY DO NOT HAVE A NORMAL TACOBELL MENU WITH TACOBELL PRICES!

Free refills for cashiers- call this CA- $1.89 for truckers to get coffee. God bless them- don’t ask why they’ll lie about it after they steal it.

When someone asks extra beans and rice on the power bowl, these guys takes it the opposite! Charge us whatever you need and give us what we order please.

I normally do not visit this Taco Bell location as I live closer to the one located in Genoa, but unfortunately mine closed early last night (Saturday) at 8 and I needed to feed a tile crew that was working late at my house so I drove further to this location to pick them up some food. This location’s menu doesn’t match up to the other location so I ended up having to order something different than what I was told by one of the tilers to get. It seemed anything I ordered was met with someone by the food prep counter giving out a heavy sigh and generally being frustrated/upset that I was ordering anything at all. Towards the end of the order I made one custom request, a Nacho Bell Grande with no tomatoes. A polite younger man took my order and I sat down to wait for everything to be made up. In the time waiting I could hear the guy that took my order repeat that the nachos were “no tomatoes”. In that timeframe of waiting I had heard someone joke about “you mean extra tomatoes?” The guy called my name and I went to go get my food at the counter. I checked my bag to make sure everything was there but unfortunately I did notice they had indeed thrown a ton of tomatoes on the Nacho Bell Grande. Their lights behind the counter were now off and they were closed. Its one thing to make an honest mistake but to do so intentionally out of spite is a pretty low move. If they were indeed close to closing or closed all they had to do was politely say, “we are closed or in the process of closing for an order that large”.

I read the bad reviews for this place but I know from experience that every restaurant have their good and bad employees and managers. Their good days and bad ones. From being responsible to just not giving a you know what!!!!Fortunately my experience here was fine the ppl were friendly and the food came out fast and hot. As for the bad reviews this place received I can honestly say that I’m with you. Everyone’s experience in these places will always be different depending on who’s working that day and how they are feeling but most importantly MANAGEMENT and their responsibility to keep these places up but as a customer try not to add on to whatever is going on with the person who is trying to serve us. Plus if I’m not completely satisfied with any business I usually just dont bother going back! 4 RLT
