People told me not to go to this location. Ignored them, tried it anyways. Far and away the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever had. Pictures are provided. Here is what we ordered:

The lobby was closed that’s the only reason why I gave it 4 stars otherwise the food and associates were great! Visit the Taco Bell at 7030 Orchard Centre Dr. in Holland off of Airport Highway! Good food and service! I didn’t take a photo because I was busy and hungry normally I don’t eat at Taco Bell but I went there at the beginning of lunchtime and to my surprise it was good. So check it out around 11 am or a little after. I don’t know about the evening but lunchtime yes.

EVERY TIME we come here late(after 9pm) they are super slow. They have ONE person working, I’m usually a very nice person. But you think they would put more people on at night, especially since they are busy EVERY night like this. Most of them around Toledo run this way as well. Makes honestly no sense. If you don’t have enough workers, do not stay open at night. Especially as late as they are listed as open. I came through this time as a Uber driver, I ended up waiting 30+ minutes just to get to the window and be told the order was never made and they are closed. That to me is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. Do better.

I had and order placed for instore pick I waited close to 40 minutes for the food. I asked about 20 minutes into waiting if I could cancel my order to which the worker responded that the didn’t see my order so I just have already canceled it (I did not); and was never asked if there was anything else they could help me with as I continued to stand at the counter. Overall experience and service has the worst I have had at Taco Bell. Wound not recommend this location!!!!

Used to be a fun place to stop for lunch. Today they took 30-45 minutes for every order and the when people ask we could all hear the manager say “if they complain tell them to go to the front door”. Certainly concerning to hear. So if you come here expect to be here an hour for fast food (even in the drive thru).

Unacceptable. Website and app listed open until 10pm. Placed a mobile order, Showed up at 745 and was told they close at 7. The app did not recognize the store was closed, and took my money despite being closed. I feel scammed.

To the franchise owner stop screwing everyone over. Poor quality food. Charging high prices and you’re not even getting what you’re purchasing. Ordered a burrito supreme there was no sour cream on it. Later on I ordered another one there was literally a teaspoon of sour cream all running out the back end of the burrito. Whenever I open the wrapper of a taco all the toppings aren’t even on the taco. They are in between the wrappings and they fall all over the place. The food is thrown together so poorly. The worst part is your fraudulently trying to make people believe they’re getting what they’re paying for. I’m sure The companies that you supposedly support for your sodas would love to know that you’re skipping on the syrup. Now when I get a Mountain Dew zero sugar it’s so light yellow I’m pretty much paying 3, 4 and five dollars for carbonated water. You’re ruining their product ,it doesn’t taste like it ,it’s not the product. People stop going to these restaurant stop buying their drinks stop getting screwed over. Shame on you franchise owner. Very dirty dining room. Items were barely warm. Hardly a half a bag to the chips and cheese. Quesadilla was burnt and barely any chicken. Only way to order was on the kiosk, which was caked with sticky stuff; hardly able to work when tapped. Pop station was sticky and wet.

Unprofessional location. They close the lobby at 5:30pm and force all Doordash’s to go through the drive thru, resulting in all Doordash orders waiting between 20-40mim and becoming cold upon pickup at the window. This creates a precedent that customers of not only Doordash but Taco Bell as well can suffer from instances of food borne illness, opening the company to liability. As a Doordash driver, I report all restaurants who hand me cold food at the pickup window which has been sitting for over an hour to the State of Ohio’s Food licensing commission agency as well as to Taco Bell corporate tip line.
