id give it a negative 100 if i could. my kids and i drove through after a late night on the road because we are here to visit the zoo. put my mobile order in 1 hour before and sat for 30 mins at the drive thru line. once at the speaker 4 hours before closing time i was told they were closed. i said well i have a mobile order so they said pull forward. they proceded to hand my order to the car in front of me. the car handed the bag back after holding it for a good 3 mins. Now heres the fun part! the car in front of me had ky plates that had expired over a year ago. i constantly had to flash my brights to keep them moving after nodding off! they were obviously on something! well i got my bag to find a crack pipe in it!!. obviously threw the whole bag away and tried to call the store for a refund, but there was no answer!

I just got home with my taco bell order and as soon as i open the bag i knew something was wrong my doritos locos tacos looked smaller than normal. To my surprise when i unwrap them they all had pieces missing from them. Needless to say i have filed a complaint with corporate and will never buy from taco bell again

After waiting an extremely long time to place our order, as we pulled away, we noticed they did not give us everything. Instead of going to the end of the line again, my husband tried going in the lobby. The doors were locked. So he had to walk around the building to get the rest of our order at the window. The final blow was seeing how expensive all of their items have gone up since the last time we were there. The final bill was exactly what we pay at our favorite sit down restaurant. All we can say is LESSON LEARNED!

Ordered 2 beefy 5 layers a quesadilla, soft potato taco and a regular mango brisk. Got a mango freezy instead of the brisk and my soft potato taco had a hair in it. Went to take it back and the line was super long and dining room was locked.

I ordered ahead on the app, I drove over and my order wasn’t ready. Now I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes for my order. They are only doing drive through and dine in orders. I’ve seen 10 people order and get their food ahead of me. I said something to them and they said “did you let us know you were here?” It’s been 15 minutes since that interaction and I’m beyond upset with how I’ve been treated and the service I’ve been given. I also heard the manager telling the employees not to make my order yet because drive through was busy. I’m irate, I’m late back to work, I’m losing money. I’m never going to this Taco Bell again.
