If you’re gonna have reduced holiday hours, stay open for them at least for the love of god. It was a slap in the face to wait 20 minutes in line to be told we closed at 7:00 when it’s 6:55 on my phone, my car, literally that’s the time. Not sure if the lady couldn’t read to see that she didn’t even know the time or what but she was rude, unfriendly, and a liar. Y’all need an entire new staff from the closing shift on 12/31 as they’re clearly some of the most uncaring incompetent staff you could have. Went to the south state street location that’s not only open later but I received fantastic customer service. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing to say the least.
