We were told they were limiting orders to 6 items & we wanted a combo pack (4 tacos & 4 burritos)… that’s fine, BUT we didn’t need to hear the saga of “being untrained & only one other employee” there. It was just unprofessional to share with customers. Yes, it’s understandably frustrating on the employees’ part, but it just didn’t need to be shared. Happened on a Friday night about 9:45pm & I have to wonder how much business was lost in addition to ours.

This location has no ice. I ordered a drink online and received no ice and not the drink I ordered. This is going on weeks now with no ice. I have picked up Door dash orders with no ice for the drinks. This is a busy location this should be fixed ASAP not for weeks. Who wants to drink a warm drink! Replaced my Lemonade with G2. Which I can’t stand. It may seem simple to some but important to me.

I’ve given up on this place – about 50% of the time (not exaggerating) this Taco Bell will have an excuse as to why they can’t take my order. “Our card reader is down” “We’re only taking doordash orders” or my favorite, just nobody answering at all. And these attempted orders aren’t in the middle of the night, they’re like 7pm attempts. The Taco Bell a few minutes down the road I’ve never had problems with and will now be skipping this Taco Bell completely and just going to that one

It’s an “ok” Taco Bell that doesn’t set off any ‘red flags’, but they cannot seem to get the idea of “meat and cheese only”…. I guess rice is a meat…. Or sour cream… A lot of times, the tomatoes???? They are alert and try, getting my food to me through a usually constant line, but…. Tomatoes aren’t a meat… This just shouldn’t be that confusing…

Lobby is closed still and it’s 10:30am. Pulled through the Drive-Thru with orders already placed 25 minutes ago and it’s still not ready, it’s only one small combo. They told me to pulled around and park in the parking. It doesn’t take that long to make the food and it’s not busy either. Terrible Experience first time at this store. Will not Visit here again! Do not Reccomend.
