I ordered food on their app at 1150pm. Waited at the window for 10 minutes and finally after honking and calling, someone came to the window and said they closed at midnight from now on. Their hours are clearly posted until 2am in the app.

It was lunch and I needed some quick food, so of course I’ma stop at my fave fast food joint. Took me almost 20 minutes to make an order cause the app wasn’t working for the specific location. So I use the screen to order I get my order and by now I’m starving an I notice that I didn’t have extra liquid cheese on any of the items I ordered and the Baja blast was flat an tasted like dragon fruit. But my sugar was crashing so I had to eat what was given. Thanks to the tacobell team for getting my food quick but maybe a little more accurate next time. If I’ma pay $1.69 per extra I expect to taste it

I placed a DoorDash order with this restaurant. I was told when my dasher got there that “there wasn’t a drink in my order”. First, there was. Second, I’ve never been called about that when I haven’t ordered a drink; if there was no drink, why would they know to bring it up? They wouldn’t talk to me, the order arrived without a receipt (very abnormal for DoorDash orders) and with others parts of the order wrong. Tried to call to ask about it. THE CURRENT LISTED NUMBER GOES TO A FAX LINE! That’s customer avoidance, not customer service.

I don’t expect a lot from Taco Bell, so a 5 star rating would be some soggy tacos haphazardly slapped together. What I do expect is to not have rancid corn tortillas leave a lasting disgusting flavor in your mouth. Serving food that isn’t rancid is a pretty low bar and they managed not to make it.

If their “system“ isn’t down, and you’re actually able to order, i’m dead serious at least half the time I can’t even order from here due to their “system” being down. It sucks because it’s so close to work. When I’m lucky enough to get food, it hasn’t been that bad.

It was terrible I went there and it smelled absolutely horrendous I expected much better from a food place. I went inside to get the food and there was a dead rat on the floor. Nonetheless they did not give me the right food and there was saliva floating at the top of my drink. Then when I went to call them about this they decided to not answer I do not recommend this Taco Bell.

This is by far the worst taco bell in columbus I have ever experienced. I try to give benefit of the doubt, but every time I go here, they’re always out of stuff. The drive thru works always have an attitude and rude. To save you time, just avoid this one at all costs.
