Generally tired of going to fast food places and having rude, and horrible service. I feel for you if you work in the fast food industry, because I have done it myself, and worked at McDonald’s to pay my way through college. But, if you hate you job, and hate you life, working in the industry find a way up and out.

Most of the time the food is great. The wait going through the drive thru is horrible on some occasions. I mean like 20-30 minutes sometimes longer. Usually happens to me in the night hours from 10:30pm to 1:00am. I’m sure they are overwhelmed and under staffed during those hours just like everyone else. If you want fast service at the drive thru order ahead if you can or walk in the lobby that is open until midnight I do believe. Staff is always very friendly and nice. Even when rude people are going through the drive thru I witnessed one manager keep his cool and try to help an angry customer. I was very impressed buy the way he handled the whole situation.

Typical Taco Bell, but service was exceptionally poor. They might be understaffed, but there were many times the front counter had customers waiting and no one came to take their orders for several minutes. We placed our order at the digital kiosk and still had to go ask where our food was after an extended period of time.

Shewww. Hire some help, and have your trainer actually HANDS ON train the new hires. All I am going to say is if I was a new hire I’d have been VERY upset at my coworker for the way he handled the drivethru line the night I came through. I watched him just stand in the same spot from the pickup parking spot for 40min before I went to the door to figure out why the tracker hadn’t moved, only to find it locked and pointed to go through the drive thru. Which I didnt accept as an answer and showed him my phone and stated we ordered online for inside pick up…AGAIN, I understand they were stupid busy, and again we online ordered before we even got there so we didn’t have a clue about the situation. He came to the door and explained they didn’t have an inside crew due to being short staffed and he was training at the present moment as well, and he never even seen outer order because they print upfront? Anyway, he made our food fairly quickly after and it was perfect. However, I’d suggest to turn off the online order for pickup if nobody’s going to be able to make said orders and this situation keeps happening.

The fact that a drive thru is for someone that’s not able to stop at that moment to eat.. so if you repeat back what I ordered and i get all the way home to find 3 different tacos that I couldn’t eat…. $10.. ♀️ SMH

Went through the drive thru last night, ordered 3 combos, plus extras, spent $29 and some change, to get home and they charged me for the 3 combos, but I only received 2 of them but 3 drinks!?!!

Great fast service as is expected. Main foods made my rear end burn for three days straight as is expected. Only disappointing part were the cinnabites I ordered last time… They were most definitely either overdone or kept under heat for too long… Otherwise I never have a problem with this taco bell!
