Just tried to go through drivethru. No one answered so after two minutes (on video) of waiting I asked the person sweeping if it’s ok to send the video to the GM. She shrugged and walked inside. This is everywhere now. Guess I’ll send it to taco bell franchisors directly. Not like they’ll care tho.

This place is absolutely abhorrent in the evening and night. I went in and planned an order for take out at the kiosk to avoid my order being incorrect (like it usually is with door dash). I upgraded and added on several things to my burritos and was charged for them. Then proceeded to drive all the way home to find out my burritos are just the regular menu items with none of my upgrades. I called the store and they told me I could bring the food back and get new. After I already drove all the way home and was hungry. So basically I got overcharged for items I did not even receive and still have to find food as half the reason I upgrade items is I don’t like their beef. They don’t seem to be concerned about their customers or retention.

The Broadway location didn’t seem to have a member of Leadership on-hand, at the time I was there. Which could explain my experience tonight. No matter though, the drive thru attendant was seemingly in lala land and told me “she thinks my order is completely in the bag.” Unfortunately, when I asked my husband to make sure there weren’t 17 things on top of my Mexican pizza we quickly discovered it wasn’t in the bag. I was still in the drive thru so the attendant got this corrected and we went on about our way. Even more unfortunate tho, was that I discovered upon getting home that my 12 pc order of Cinnabons wasn’t in the bag either! So I had to make a trip back to the store, with my food at home getting cold, to go back to get the food that I paid for. The gentleman at the inside register was professional and seemingly understanding of the situation I was put in and provided me with the missing food and I left. I have no idea why there seemingly were enough people in the store, yet absolutely no one was doing any sort of End of Line quality control. This feels pretty basic, simply read the screen and confirm the contents you’ve put into the bag, not too tough you’d think.

Wow, just wow! As a dasher, I just went in, showed them the order I was there for and waited 20 minutes, yes 20 minutes, all the while they are smiling and laughing at me while I’m waiting, then proceeded to tell me after 20 minutes, “ soooo we are unable to fulfill this order because we handed it to someone else “, all the while I’m on the phone with the customer that’s upset!!!! They crew in there on mondays in the afternoon is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!! Corporate was called and they will follow up with these low life’s. Absolutely AMAZING

They really did fall off none of the same loving people are there because (customers and bosses)!they don’t know how to treat employees. And fyi the employees do not get breaks once turned 18 keep that in mind when they are outside to have a moment to themselves or before you talk about how lazy they are not all of them are like that..but the people there now somewhat terrible.

Went to drive/thru and the bald Caucasian heavy set female said “we’re not taking orders right now so go away”. This was on 6/11/23 about 10:45pm. I can tell she was just an angry person. Haven’t ate Taco Bell in years and thanks to her I won’t be eating Taco Bell anytime soon.

Someone pulled out of the drive thru and my order was wrong, when returning to the drive thru they looked at my receipt and corrected it ASAP. When getting ready to leave they gave me the other order that was not mine. I appreciate you for ur service and the free food. Thank you

Poorly made items, toasted cheesy, sausage burritos, had very little on them, the crunch wrap was smaller, my husband ordered a pop, didn’t receive, the coffee was burnt. The only good thing was the cinnamon delights— no disrespect–but we have been there and the items have had more fillings in them several times and didn’t pay extra, you lost a family of customers

Food was not prepared properly. We ordered 10 items and were shorted 3. Had to drive back to get refund. Not a good experience .

Went for breakfast at 1013 am.. got message in the drive thru that it was closed and to come back when open. Doubt it and not sure what timezone this store is working on. Employees outside talking w doors open, so now we know why it is empty when we pass by.
