Active listening isn’t practiced at this location. My order was entered by drive thru person incorrectly so I went inside and went to the kiosk to place my order correctly. Didn’t even want to bother with a refund so I just paid again and waited. And waited, and waited. 3 guys ahead of me but after 15 minutes I asked one of the 2 employees who seem to be flirting for assistance. Only one young person making orders. He seemed to be doing his best to keep up while everyone else held personal conversations and stood around doing nothing. Older lady stood in one spot on cellphone with gloves while holding a tortilla. Very unsanitary. All I wanted was 2 soft tacos, this is ridiculous.

This has got to be by far the slowest Taco Bell I have been to. I waited 30 minutes after placing my order at the kiosk for my food and when I got it they added something I never ordered. Had to tell them 3 times I didn’t want the item after they said I just could have it before they would take it off my tray. Also I had to ask several times to get my drink cup that came with my order. After I sat down to eat I discovered part of my order was wrong so I took it back to counter only to have an employee argue with me that she made it the way it was ordered which was not true. They finally fixed the mistake but a few minutes later that same employee started arguing with another customer in regards to a take out order that they had placed. That customer stated she had been waiting nearly 40 minutes for her order but after requesting a refund they said it had been ready but no one came up when they called her name. This was in fact a lie as they had never called her name. The same employee who was arguing with customers finally brought her order up but just threw it on the counter. I witnessed a few more mistakes on other customers orders that they brought back up while I was sitting there as well. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and I will never go there again due to bad service and employee attitudes.

Have tried to go here a few times since I am local & have been disappointed more often than not. It’s always LONG wait times regardless, but in addition to that I’ve had wrong orders given to me or have waited until I go to pay for them to tell me they are out of something I ordered and my most recent experience I waited about 10 minutes in the drive thru just to have them tell me they were closed and can’t order although all the lights were one etc., (online states they were open until midnight it was just after 10pm) secondary to short staff so then I was stuck in a long line and couldn’t get out so had to get out of my car and tell the people behind me “they were closed” just to get out of line. Just has been disappointing and frustrating. Will not be going back to this location unfortunately ever again.

Ordered a cheesy gordita crunch, soft taco, and an order of chips and nacho cheese. They were out of beef… But didn’t tell me that. I got cheese and lettuce in a soft taco. What was supposed to be the gordita crunch had potato wedges and the chips and cheese turned into a scoop of sour cream. Can’t make this stuff up…

At this point I don’t think there are very many competent people in this establishment. It took three times for them to get my Mexican pizza correct three separate occasions. Then I get charged full price at happy hour. I was offered a large guacamole only to be told that they only have a tiny one. So basically that just means that I need to never come back to this establishment. This is ridiculous if I could give no stars I would.

Went to this Taco Bell and ended up waiting in line for each individual car another 20 minutes. Couldn’t leave or drive off because the drive thru is caved in making it impossible to leave. Ended up waiting 45 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. The employees seemed as if they could care less, ended up not getting my food because I was uncomfortable with how they was working it.

Went to the drive thru tonight. I was informed they were only doing online orders and doordash. I asked if the kitchen was closed and they said no, there wasn’t people there to work normal orders. Which is interesting considering they are taking online and doordash orders? Make it make sense.

Waited for 5 minutes before someone said well be with you in a few minutes. Ordered 3 crunchy taco supremes. Got 1 crunchy taco and 1 burrito with taco filling missing a 3rd taco. Very strange. Staff should probably get some training in customer service and proper order entry. Will not return to this taco bell.
