Having 6 kids at a sleepover and they all wanted Taco Bell. My first thought was that’s going to take forever especially on a Friday during dinner. However when I walked in the lobby I was greeted quickly and friendly, and they had a staff of 8 people working. (Highly impressive). I was even thanked for my large order as they appreciated my business. Another big plus.

5:20 pm, Food was delicious, staff worked really hard, drive thru seemed prioritized over dining room. Our order was forgotten, it had slipped out of the order line and took 25 minutes after manager wondered why we were still there. Kiosk only ordering. The pizza had all broken crust pieces but was yummy still. They closed the dining room after we left. We did not fuss at them, we thanked them, they were working very hard. We went to Taco Bell because Wendy’s dining room was closed, jus’ayin! God please bless all the fast food staffs and help people be nice to them, thanks, bill

I feel like this location is trying to be the worst taco bell possible. They close the lobby constantly, drive thru can be a very long wait. Not a care in the world from anyone that works there. Wife ordered food and we noticed more food in the bag than she ordered, and was charged for. No sauce in bag, I drove back to get sauce and doors were locked as always. The front door was unlocked and the employees were very surprised I was in the lobby, they actually looked scared. Told them I needed sauce only, they told me the lobby is closed due to short staff.

AWFUL customer service. I ordered food via DoorDash 3 hours before they closed. They accepted my order and my dasher waited for over 30 minutes. I called them after waiting 2 hours and they hung-up on me.. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not waste your time or give them money

Ordered a steak quesadilla no jalapeño sauce, get home and the quesadilla was as thin as paper maybe 4 pieces of steak throughout the whole thing and had the sauce on it still.
