By far the worst quality food I’ve ever seen at a Taco Bell. Everything cold, old and inedible. It’s as if this was intentionally awful. If it was meant to be soft, it was stale. If it was meant to be crunchy, it was soggy.

Take an extra few min and go to the one on Delaware Ave. This is the WORST fast food place I’ve ever been to, about 10 times and 0/10 times the order was right. This is after placing it through the app and each time had well over 15min to get it done and right. Never during rush hour, never a short staff, just people that can’t read and mess around with each other or their phones. It’s ridiculous. I’m not a person to make awful reviews unless I find it necessary. And when it’d happened a dozen times and not just 1 thing wrong, numerous things that are so simple, it needs to be said. Get a new staff cause I know I can’t be the only one this is happening to when it’s been this many times.

They do not like being asked “don’t forget the sauce” by dashers. They got mad when my dasher asked them not to forget the sauce and filled a whole small bag with sauces. They always forget the sauce on door dash orders.

I’m not sure about all the Karen’s below but this location has not let me down. Drive thru can be a bit slow some days, but that’s likely due to understaffing. The food has always been solid, and they’ve never messed up any of my orders. The manager has always been great to me, and really seems like she cares about her customers. I would definitely recommend giving this location a try, especially during happy hour!

Drive through incredibly slow and when I got to the window I heard nothing but rude talk about the customers. I wish I had not already paid for my food and could have driven off. They have no value for customers. The only polite one was the window guy he looked horribly embarrassed.

If i could give this Taco Bell a zero I would have done so. First they did not give us what was ordered. Second i went to go get what we ordered and was ignored while standing there. Then the manager in charge told me she was giving me a refund and I won’t be getting the food ordered. It would be great if I got refunded what I paid. $22.99 is what I paid for and did not get the food. The manager told me she was only refunding me $19.00 and then proceeded to only give me $14.00 in cash back. That is theft anyway you look at it. It is not about money but principle of the fact she actually stole from a customer. Thank God for the GM and team that is located at the Taco Bell on Delaware Avenue. They rectified everything and were amazing. I will be reviewing their store and giving them 5 stars for understanding customer service. Stay away from this Taco Bell and drive across town. The people there are nicer anyways.
