Tonight I decided to order some soft tacos. For once I actually waited until I got home to enjoy my meal. It was difficult, but I managed to fight off the urge. I arrived home with excitement and a small sense of victory. The joy of my accomplishment quickly dissipated once I laid eyes the tacos I so longed to devour. My mind started racing trying to understand what went wrong….was this a twisted prank?…is cheese and lettuce extra?!….did I accidentally order them plain?!? Does it even matter?…regardless the buildup was not worth the result. As I sat at the table slumped over, I reluctantly ate my plain tacos with the overwhelming feeling of defeat. Why? Why? Why!? Before my meal had a chance to settle I started plotting my revenge! I’ll show them….McD’s anyone?

I’m not sure what standards this place has for making your order but they failed big time on making a taco supreme (see photo). The girl at the window had zero personality and seemed very unfriendly. Guess that’s par for the course here.

This is possibly the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The last time we ate there I asked for no tomatoes and there were tomatoes on everything. This time I went through the drive through and there were two young girls working. They handed me my Pepsi, which wasn’t even full and had barely any ice. I just said wow. The girl then proceeded to chunk my food out the window at me, using enough force to break my taco. Every time we go there, something is wrong with my order and/ or you get nasty attitudes from the kids working there. That will be the last time I ever eat there. I know you could probably care less, but I have now read your reviews and it seems there are some problems at that establishment that need to be addressed or you will continue to lose business. If I was given the option for no stars at all that is what you would receive.

Always missing somthing or the order was wrong, there are times that the food is not even wrapped its just laying in the bag with the paper sitting beside the taco. You are better off going to Oneida Taco Bell.

This was the SLOWEST Taco Bell I’ve ever been in. >10 minutes for 2 burritos, & they weren’t even busy! Then when my order was finally ready, they stuck it on counter & never called my name! Lousy customer service!

I have never seen a place that is so unorganized. Went through the first time and all of our food was horrible, after they forgot half of our order. Ended up throwing the food away because it was so nasty. Went through the next couple of times and it was better, but it was also day shift making it. I go in tonight and we are missing items, and my meat and potato tacos don’t even have meat on them. I don’t complain a lot and I hate to even write this review. But this is getting ridiculous!

I got 5 – 5 dollar box meals for my family a few days ago I doubt if I’ll ever go back there all the chalupas were crispy suppose to be soft they were very dark brown the meat tasted spoiled this restaurant will not survive if they don’t do better

The GM and AGM have not ideal what their doing and are just terrible and obviously not training their workers properly the food is either wrong or not proportioned properly I used to work at taco bell and I know how it’s all made and proportioned gale did a terrible job with who she decided to leave in charge of the place but at the place was better when she was there instead of the numbskulls she left to it now.
