Don’t bother. They’re almost always out of 50% of the items on the menu, they frequently forget your sauce packets even when you ask for them and given the corporation’s stupidity when it comes to designing a mobile app, you have to jump through multiple hoops to get your money back.

2nd worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. They’re always out of something (burrito shells, chicken, containers for cheese, etc). And your order will be messed up every time. My last experience I ordered 4 items: a black bean burrito, black bean chalupa, cheesy fiesta potatoes, and a potato soft taco. I got the burrito, and a paper wrapper of potatoes. Called in to complain and was told rudely by the guy that answered “I made your order myself and everything was in the bag when I gave it to you.” Horrible customer service. Hopefully when the new location is finished they’ll hire capable and friendlier employees.
