When they’re actually open, they are a good Taco Bell. They can’t seem to honor their hours any more though. Before the truck stop became a TA, they were only open until 10:00. which is right about the time most truck drivers need to get dinner. After the truck stop became a TA they said they announced they would stay open until midnight. Well that didn’t last long because only 5 weeks later and they’re back to being closed at 10 PM along with every other fast food joint at this exit. If you’re going to close early, update your hours on Google. They probably just aren’t paying their staff enough to keep anyone working here so they can keep it open for any reasonable amount of time. Do better on hours and maybe I’ll be able to come eat there. Truck drivers are your primary customer so it’s probably a good idea to accommodate their needs.

This girl that was working the thru window today was rude to me …..I got a number #9 combo and the coke was bad and i ask her for a spite to drink she didn’t have it .I ask her to give me some money back off my bill…she told me she couldn’t do that. ….I will never be back there again. The people that run that taco bell in Smiths Grove ky. Are bad people they try to ask u if u want to round up with more money. but yet the service is bad…..

On the way home, great place to stop quickly and plentiful. The very nice hostess who took my order was very polite and kind from start to finish even gave some great recommendations. But I know I have my mind focused on the Mexican pizza since it is back on the menu. And when I got to the window to pay for my meal again it was very hospitable from the start all the way to the end and gave a nice warm welcome to a nice ending of having a safe night and a safe drive home. Definitely recommend this Taco Bell over the others.

Clean and quick, and handled an issue with another customer pretty succinctly in front of me. The drive through is kinda wacky so keep that in mind – you approach from the front left of the building. The food is made well and is tasty – good taco bells are a good find, imo. Pick this one if you’re nearby!

Visited the Smiths Grove location at around 11:30 am on a weekday. They were timely, courteous and very clean. They weren’t “busy” but steady and kept up with orders, wiping down tables, etc. Food was fresh, not too skimpy on filling and ladies restroom facilities were clean. I would return with no doubts.
