Order screen broken at drive thru. So I was unaware they were charging me extra for something already included in menu price. Was not made aware at window either. It wasn’t until I reviewed my receipt and saw it. I then asked for that to be refunded at which the MOD informed me “that’s the only way to ring it up” and I told her I wasn’t to made aware of extra charges to make an informed decision. She rudely says I WILL NOT BE REFUNDING THE EXTRA CHARGES.

It’s probably one of the worst taco bells I have ever been to. Typically, they get the order wrong, leave something out, don’t clearly mark the food, put the food together sloppy etc. Literally every, single, time. I moved out here 3 years ago and it has been the same the entire time. If I could just get ONE burrito without a hole in it or leave the parking lot with all of my food………

Great people. Just went on my lunch break and wanted a quick bite so I went here cuz its cheap and tasty. Was having some trouble with my card due the bank and instead of getting impatient or rude or anything like that, the lovely people there saw that I was trying to get it sorted on my phone and chose to purchase it themselves. Was shocked at the goodwill displayed by them and will continue to come back regularly.
