By far the work experience yet. Pulled up to drive-thru and the person taking orders got impatient that I was not answering him to place my order even though I could not pull all the way up to the microphone due to vehicles in front of me. After placing the order I was still not able to move forward again due to vehicles in front of me and he repeated the pricing for me twice with utmost attitude. After getting to the window to pay I was laughed at for wanting to use gift cards that I had received over the holidays and was then only able to use half of what I had given them. Upon getting home with my food I realized that the food order was only half correct and that the burritos I ordered we almost empty and mostly tortilla. I would highly recommend against people going here unless you absolutely won’t go to any other locations.

This restaurant has seen better days. Food and trash on tables ( more than a few). Soda bar was quite saturated and dirty. The food had good flavor but was obviously old and tough. I never leave bad reviews but this one I felt was necessary

Very Long Drive thru line couldn’t hear speakers for granddaughters order so I tried to get 2 tacos at the window. Was told no to go back through the line then asked for the manager and she was standing there and cussed and slammed the window!

It’s sad how many people see us door dashers as a burden. You know we are out here working just like y’all to feed our family’s. So when I get stuck waiting 30 minutes for a door dash order that you never even started, and keep pushing behind your in-store customers, and still not starting We deliver to your paying customers who want lunch at work, or kids asleep, or some with out a vehicle at all. Y’all see us as a inconvenience, and mistreat us. Only worrying about y’all’s inside orders not even worried about pushing us off, and causing bad ratings in our jobs, or saying we only deserve 4$ an hour by pushing us behind other customers instead of working on the orders in order from first to last as they come in. This is why I feel like y’all refuse to let us come in drive thru a because y’all do not see y’all’s customers who order through door dash as a priority!

The person who took our order was borderline rude —or just hated her job. They had no hot sauce. And the server rudely informed us that they were out. I would go to Taco John’s before I would go back there.

Horrible place do not call at night angry guy they have will literally cuss you out for asking when they close and tell you word for word that he “doesn’t have time to answer these dumb questions”. Will be following up with corporate how is this guy even employed?

The toilet had leaked all over the floor in the women’s bathroom. The shells on the Doritos tacos we ordered were stale. We only received 1 order of fiesta potatoes although we ordered and paid for 3. We also did not receive any of the 4 drinks we ordered. They did correct the drinks and the potatoes. I did not bother to mention the bathroom or stale taco issue since my food had already gotten cold just while i was getting our order corrected. I’m normally not a complainer but we are at this location once every two weeks and this has been the normal lately.
