I really need to stop going to Taco bell. I just don’t like the food. I see these pictures and I think it’s going to be so great but it’s always disappointing. Most recently I ordered a steak Verde burrito. The picture looked great, it was cold french fries, gobs of nacho cheese, oddly seasoned steak and a dab of something green all rolled up in a burrito shell. Horrible, it went to the trash. I should really just stick with the classic taco supreme. It’s the only thing that doesn’t disappoint me. Those shinny pictures on the drive thru menu just lure me into their web of deciet.

We ordered food from the mobile on line app before driving to pickup up our order. The food wasnt made when we arrived had to wait for them to even start the order. Once the food was ready I drove all the way back to greenup only to find that the whole order was pretty much wrong. Things we’re left out rice was added to a few of the burritos when it clearly said no rice on the receipt so then I had to drive all the way back to to Russell to replace the missing items.

This use to be my favorite taco bell, I pass by plenty on my way there from south point, but since the remodel I have had 2 terrible experiences. 1st one a few weeks ago, husband got 2 volcano burritos had no volcano sauce on them, then tonight we had to ask the person taking our order to please remove the chicken quesadilla meal that was on the screen that we didn’t order then asked if they were still making the volcano burritos to which the person replied yes so we ordered 2 of them and ended up with 2 volcano tacos instead. Also, tried to order cinnamon twists which we got the reply we are all out of them for the night, they still had about 4 hours of business left and I’m sure they wouldn’t take that long to make up just a few bags. What a disappointment, I guess Charter foods just doesn’t have a decent taco bell in the tri state area. Smh.

Ever since they reopened their indoor services are terrible. They messed our order up last time and told us to return today for a replacement there was 6 people in line just waiting to get their orders taken. I stood there 20 minutes and employees running around getting orders to drive through. 3 ppl left and one used the kiosk. We needed to talk to someone about the replacement so couldn’t use the kiosk. The guy in front of me was getting very mad and I don’t blame him. It was crazy ridiculous. This is the second time I’ve been in since they reopened and both times no one was taking orders up front but we only stood there maybe 5 minutes the first time. This time it was 25 minutes before the order was even taken. Whatever was done to improve the store is lost on the customer service now.

Update they updated the inside but the food was just barely palatable. out of drinks on the drink machine. Ordered breakfast crunchwrap combo. They handed me the dinner crunchwrap. Floors were slick. Flys on the tables.

Ever since the remodel the service has been horrible everyone is outside on a smoke break at the same time if you live in Russell bite the bullet and go to ironton or Ashland it’s not worth your food being wrong and a 1 hour wait with 3 people in the drive thru.

We go there all the time and our food is always messed up we what I ordered was a Doritos Locos toco with meat and cheese only and there was sour cream was all over my tocos there was lettuce and tomatoes so we go back and try to get it remade and they wouldn’t even do that this is the worst place to get food
