It states online that the dining hall is open. This is not true. The three times I have been here the door was closed. One time there was a kid smoking in the dining area. It almost looked like he was smoking a blunt. Told me the first time that it would take 15 minute to get to my order. Second time was a little better but the drive through is very slow. They did get my order correct.

The night shift crew (specifically on 6/24 into 6/25) freaking rocks. The cashier in the drive thru was the most patient, kind restaurant worker we have ever come across.

They only care about their drive through times. Not making sure the order is correct. They have you pull forward so they can look better to corporate while they make you wait for your food. Then when you finally do get your food, most of the time there’s something missing. Also, the male manager is very unprofessional.

Getting much better! I stopped going here for years until recently I decided to try it again. It was a good decision. My biggest complaint is the lobby is closed most of the time due to not enough employees.

Staff was dim and unhelpful hadn’t received a doordash, Uber eats, or grubhub order all DAY. But noone questioned this? Noone in management thought “hmmm where did 30% of our revenue go today?” Probably with the employees eating lunch on the cook line in front of customers. They weren’t busy only three people in restaurant and one in drive thru with at least 7 people working. God help Gen z and any other entitled worker thinking just because it’s fast food customer satisfaction/service don’t matter. Third review of a taco bell in as many days and I will never eat at this chain again.

The new team at this Taco Bell has the location running well. If you haven’t been here in a while it’s a great time to try them out again.

Don’t even bother with this Taco Bell. Only drive through and they don’t offer their entire menu unless you use the app. Most other Taco Bell’s you can go into and still order every menu item. For being in a decent area they sure are horrible
