The reason for the 2 star rating from me is bc they (Cynthiana Ky location) close down the dining room quite often & serve from the drive thru only. Then the drive thru has a line around the building & when I see that, I just go somewhere else to eat.

They are always understaff and your food is always cold. My chalupa shell is always over cooked and they get attitudes if you ask them to correct it. The older lady in the drive thru went through the order with no gloves on after collecting money from people THAT IS MASTY.!!!!!!!! Their Doritos taco is always wet and nasty.!! Really need to review management and employees.!!!!

This place is disgusting. I ordered 3 dorito locos in the drive thru. The shells were stale and the lettuce tasted like yesterday coming from a water hose. I don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes. But you can bet it aint good. Food should be made fresh. There’s no excuse for serving old disgusting trash.
