I ordered a Mexican pizza with 2 tacos. I had to ask for my drink, and it took TWENTY MINUTES to get this simple order. Eight minutes later I’m home, this is what I got, and they weren’t busy. No one inside, one car in the drive thru. Twenty minutes. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. And night shift has ZERO interest in doing their job. They act like it’s your privilege that they wait on you. Never again.

Past two times I’ve went to this restaurant, I’ve had subpar service. First time, I was a door dasher and the drive through was completely empty, so I went through the drive through. The cashier hands me the drink, but won’t hand me the food because the manager is yelling that we have to come into the restaurant for door dash. I ask her if I can get it this time and come inside for future door dashes, but Dean the manager is crying saying no. I come inside, and Dean is yelling at his coworker, “How long have you worked here that you don’t know door dash has to come inside?” For a restaurant that closes their lobby early every day, this is the first time I’ve had to go inside.

Just had the new Taco Bell DIY Taco Salad. I ordered taco supremes, but given what I got, I had to pour them out onto a plate and eat with a fork. I must’ve missed the marketing materials and commercials for it. Oh….it also took 20 minutes. Seriously. 20 minutes. I assume it was because they slaughtered the cow in the back ( fingers crossed it was beef). They weren’t busy, thankfully, or I may have had to stay there overnight. I guess a taco salad for breakfast isn’t a bad idea …

Stopped here for a quick bite on the way out of town. Was pleasantly surprised that it was actually good and not just satiating hunger. I opened my taco and actually had a reasonable portion of cheese on it instead of the typical 5-6 shreds. Register bro was chill, and the place was clean. 5 stars

They never toast burritos or quesadillas. Never put ANY kind of sauce on them. Never melt any of the cheese. You want a quesadilla or grilled cheese burrito that’s actually made how it’s supposed to be, with the cheese actually melted? Go to the south Corbin Taco Bell location. North location is garbage.

Giving the drive through a 1 star for the 1 piece of chicken in my chicken soft taco. Thanks guys. Lost my appetite for a lettuce taco. Oh and not trying to add fuel to the fire but if I had to rate a lettuce burrito.. the lettuce tasted off too.

Gentlemen who took our order was excellent! Very helpful and friendly! Place was super clean! Enjoyed eating on the outdoor patio. That was about the positive of the visit. Well, they made the cheese roll ups for my grandsons properly and the boys loved them! (That and the fruit freeze we got them.) I got the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Very messy food. Don’t mind typically, but this was over the top fall apart! This is just me being picky. They got our order wrong. Wife ordered her food with black beans and without cheese. They got them all wrong! Eventually, they got it right. Usually I’m pretty ok with The Bell, this one just rang wrong! 😉
