The food is typical Taco Bell, it is served hot and correct however. The length you have to wait to get served is less than desired and the wait for the food to be presented is even longer. The stores overall appearance and atmosphere was really needing a deep cleaning and some music or something. It seemed so oh I will do that tomorrow when you look around. The soft drink lines also need to be cleaned better, the taste of the drinks is awful except the Baja Blast. I really like Taco Bell’s food, so I hope that when I return the store will be in better shape and look cleaner and maybe some more staffing in the food prep area would help the speed. Sorry guys I wanted to give a better review, but I had little to work with this time.

I’ve been to many many Taco Bell locations. This one is ranked close to the top. I had only two tacos that weren’t completely full, but everything else was spot on. Surprisingly enough, the food came out really quick! They were out of the green hot sauce packets but all the food is fresh and the store is clean. Even though I will NEVER use an order kiosk, three lady taking the orders is extremely nice and knowledgable.

Excellently made chicken quesadilla. No dead spots of just tortilla, nice and crispy all around. Haven’t had that at the few Taco Bell’s I have been to. Service was great and the facility seemed pretty clean.

may 18 2023 at 10:30 pm, the girl working drive through shoved my change in my hand and it fell all over the place, then just closed the window without saying anything, then also forcibly shoved the hanging open bag into my hand, like i’ve worked in food service for years and empathize with mess ups but she didn’t even bother to give a quick ‘sorry’ (which would’ve been good enough for me and i wouldn’t be writing this) but that’s just too much to ask for.

Toco bell has the kiosk now. The screen was very dirty. Nasty. The food was ok, prices have been raised and drinks are smaller. The nacho fries are delicious but small and over priced.

I am not sure what people are cooking here, but when you order a steak burito you expect steak not fake meat, Frankfort taco bell is horrible.. food is gross. Never going there

I enjoy Taco Bell. Always good portions. Inexpensive. Not really authentic Mexican food. But you can Doctor the food up with plenty of hot sauce. Doesn’t taste bad at all.
