Went through drive-through yesterday and ordered the #2 (3 soft shell taco supremes). Got home and found that they gave me the basic tacos (no tomatoes or sour cream and very little lettuce). Tried again today ordering the #7 (chicken quesadilla combo). Got the drink and the hard shell taco, but missing the quesadilla. Attempted to call the local store to complain, but they are letting the voice mail answer. Attempted to call customer support number, but they close at 7pm. About done with “Taco Hell” if they can’t get their quality control in line…

Generally average experience. It’s Taco Bell. You accept some part of your order is going to be wrong or missing and you know the food isn’t real anyways. So for a Taco Bell, A 3-Star rating across the board. Not so bad.

Terribly ran taco bell, ordered a Supreme variety pack and most of the tacos fillings missed the shell and ended up in the wrapper and my lap as in the pictures below. There was maybe a tablespoon of beef in all of them. Not worth the $34! Never eat here! They also constantly forget items and refuse to answer the phone for any support. Will never return.

Absolutely amazing that multiple times in the same month their “systems are down” or they “ran out of food.” The day crew is great, somehow never has a problem and always nice and fast. But the night crew somehow magically always has a “system error” so they have to sit in a pickup truck together and smoke while they wait for the store to close. Picture attached. 40 minutes before they were supposed to close and a poor lady sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for a response and never got one. The entire night crew needs to be fired. This happens constantly. I’ve literally been told they’re “closed” for some weird random reason more than I’ve been able to order over the past month and I know I’m not the only one. Somehow door dash orders still work ♂️

I travel and bypass the taco bell on new circle rd. Just to come to this location the food is always fresh and good I refuse to go anywhere else.. it’s like when I bite and chew into my taco the seasoning saviors in your tongue you can still taste flavor after you done chew and swallow the food…Thank you so much
