Ordering here was a nightmare today. You order Verde nacho fries and get burritos, but when you mention that it was wrong, everyone just stares. Finally, after 4 employees, I get something that is supposed to resemble what we ordered, but it was not made correctly and wasn’t worth the price. I would recommend another location if you want what you paid for!

Awful. Every taco was broken and the teaspoon of meat was stuck to the wrapper. There’s a tiny bit of filling and a whole lot of empty shell. It also had a weird taste. I just added Taco Bell to my “do not eat there” list.

3 days in a row. I’ve gone. 3 days in a row my order has been wrong. Tonight I asked them to fix my order. I checked after leaving drive thru. I had to go around the store back to the window. They refused saying because I already left they can’t fix it. Bad service.

Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to, and I travel for a living. Wow! Everything about the inside of this location is dirty. All the tables were sticky and hadn’t been cleaned. The floors had spills that left sticky spots. Bathrooms were atrocious. Drink fountains were dirty and sticky. The petition through the middle of the store hasn’t been cleaned at all, I’m guessing since they opened the location. I just have no words for how a manager can just not care how their location looks.

Went to get the taco burrito craving pack which was $10.60 after tax. It’s now 5 dollars higher as of yesterday. I know things are going up in prices but adding $5 to a box is just stingy. Not worth $14.99 in my opinion. I’ll never go back and I advise nobody else to either. They are just trying to make up for all the money they were making cause they can’t get any help.
