This Taco Bell customer service needs work. They can not get orders correct even though i ordered thru the app. The food portions are a joke. The food quality is ok but the chalupa was soggy from wet something ( I assume the tomatoes weren’t drained properly). The tacos are made like they are rationing everything that goes in it. Paid upgrades were not added at all.

This location is one of the better Taco Bells, they always get my orders correct, and I modify pretty much every single Item I order! The Fiesta Black Bean Burrito is amazing in every way possible! Even if you aren’t vegan, this is a must try!

My daughter was hungry, so we came in for a quick bite. Oftentimes, Taco Bell dining areas are a bit dingy, but this one was very clean in comparison. The bathrooms were exceptional quality for a Taco Bell, as well. They were clean, had toilet paper, and everything was functioning in there. Taco tasted good and they got our order correct, so I’d call that a win.

Because the app wouldn’t take my order correctly and process it right, I ended up paying double for my meal because I had to order it at the window and I even showed the manager that it wouldn’t let me order the mail, the app saying that that location didn’t offer it, but I ordered that exact meal each individual item at a time and pay double and it sucked to do that. But it tasted really good! Wish somebody higher up would read this and send me a free meal, delivery!

I’ve never gone inside, but the service is always friendly. I usually get a burrito from the dollar menu. Delicious, filling and a good price.

Only ordered a few things for the family, 2 of the items they didn’t have… They suggested items and one was ok and the other was no bueno… Took a bit to get the food…. Biggest issue is WHY GET AWAY FROM THE VERDE SAUCE taco Bell ( this is not a knock on this store but tb in general )….dumb!!! So these nacho fries they advertise a crazy amount we ordered and as you can see in the picture, about a half order, these things are fries with some average dry rub spice and comes with reg nacho cheese as the side ( I’d strongly suggest not ordering that, less than satisfactory menu item )…ohh yes that rice they now offer, kids size and is just basic

Got two chicken quesadillas. Both were undercooked and had hardly anything in them. Ordered a large Sierra Mist and it no ice in it and it was warm soda. I just poured it out in front of the window. This place is pathetic and lazy! Losers who don’t care about their job! Not to mention the food was folded in half in the bag carelessly. Really hard to eat when your food is a mess in a bag! If I pay for food I’d expect you to do your job right!

We were in line in the drive-thru for way too long,like 20min,and still hadn’t made it to speaker. We were the 2nd one to leave before ordering. We waited more than 5minutes after they left,before we did. Line never moved during that time..and we were next to speaker. I was just too hungry to wait any longer
