Y’all I ordered the Cheesy Gordita Cruch Deluxe box. I’ve gotten it many times from several Taco Bell’s. A small dot of sour cream, hardly any meat. No nacho cheeses/ cheesiness between shells or anything melted , it was cold. And also included the Doritos taco….they really skimped on ingredients . This Taco Bell used to be so good. I take it they have not trained new employees and whomever is manager is doing no quality control. Check your food before driving off. Anyone making this knew it was not right. They never even warmed or cooked the shell. If it was not late and I was not tired from working and had to drive out of my way. I would go back and get a refund. Going to the survey it doesn’t let you attach photos. Do not feel will get any contact back.

I went to Taco Bell about 11:30pm on a weeknight. Because there is not many options for food, I expected a long line in the drive through. There was, the vehicles trudged along. My order was correct and the food was hot. One entertaining item was a beautiful mosaic on the wall along the drive through.

Very poor service. I definitely do not recommend is Taco Bell to anybody. Last two months I’ve been at this location I would order my food. It will not be my food or they forget something on my order. The first time I was at this location they only gave me two items and I order five items. But I never got a refund or anything else from this location. Feel like I got scam for something I did not order. Have a great day. Enjoy this restaurant if you can call that.

You guys, I love taco bell. Always have partially always will. I don’t know if I always stop because I’m not going to be able to eat there much longer if they keep raising prices. I may do these reviews but guys, I’m poor. I can’t afford taco bell. I just can’t. The tacos and a drink for 10 dollars. A drink that probably costs .27 in reality. They used to be a go to for one of the cheap ones when you were deciding where to eat and still have any money. Not today people and not anymore. I love taxi bell but if I’m going to spend that, I could go to El nopal or Mr. Iguanas and be REALLY happy. Just sayin.

Service was beyond horrible. Especially with the employee by the name of Spade. I sat in the long drive thru for at least 10 minutes. Finally get to the speaker it’s not working. So of course I pulled up to the window and proceeded to give the cashier my order and he tells me I can’t add on at the window. I never had the chance to place my order in the first place. I’m like ok but your speaker isn’t working and he acknowledged it wasn’t . He then proceeded to tell me I have to pull back around in the drive to have my order taken now that the speaker is working . Definitely unacceptable . I will be calling and reporting this to someone higher up . No way to treat a customer because your speaker wasn’t working and I’m just supposed to be some kind of mind reader and the fact that you had the nerve to tell me I had to pull back around in the drive thru was bogus and absurd.After I waited in line like everyone else did.
