Not sure what happen tonight, first I was in line for an hour for a party pack, when I got to the window they ran out of hamburger meat which is fine no big deal they offered me either chicken or steak on 5 of the tacos get home and wow is all I can say I could of sworn we should hav gotten lettuce or something on these in the past meat was short tonight was over all bad experience! I left 1 star because it doesn’t give an option to leave 0. This place is a joke and I really don’t understand how they’ve managed to keep this hell hole open this long. Rude staff, never have basic ingredients that go with their menu items, alwayssssss out of meat even?! I have not 1 time had a good experience when coming to this taco bell and wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to go there because you’ll be wasting your time.

Horrible service EVEN FOR FIRST SHIFT! Usually second shift is a bit more unorganized, but today for my lunch I received my tacos upside down in the bag. How thoughtful! So now all of my meat and lettuce is in the bag and not in my shell. Horrible. They don’t answer the store telephone for NOTHING! Because they can’t be held accountable!

Atmosphere was good because we did drive thru. She Dismissed my question about a new menu item, was rude the whole time and gave us a different item than we asked for, and my 4 year old got 2 cheese roll ups which is just shredded cheese in a tortilla heated up but those where not good they had very little cheese that didn’t even melt because it was not heated enough. Smh

There was nobody in line at drive-thru so I hoped the service would be fast since I only had 20 minutes left in my lunch break. When I got to window the cashier told me to pull forward and wait for food where I found that 3 other cars where already waiting. 10 minutes later an employee came out and told me they couldn’t make my order (bean and rice burritos)because they had run out of rice. This was at 11:20 in the morning so I don’t really understand why they they would run out of ingredients only 20 minutes after opening. I made a 2nd order and it took about 5 more minutes which gave me very little time to eat.

Three cars were in front of me and it took half an hour to get them through. I pull up to the window and they ask me to pull around. Well I can’t because they have pulled around so many others that there is no where to go. They hadn’t brought anyone their food in half an hour. Start to finish it took 50 minutes to get through and then my very simple order was wrong and cold. This is the last chance I’m giving that place. They have been consistently awful for two years. I’ll never be back. I should have just thrown $30 in the trash
