Made my items wrong. Usually when I try to go here for breakfast they have the doors locked or all the employees are standing in the parking lot smoking g and tell me they aren’t taking orders due to some kind of equipment problems. Well they were taking orders on this occasion and I wish they weren’t. Last time they wouldn’t take my order so I frove to bashford manor location and the food was made correctly and tasted great. I guess I should have just drove the extra 10 mins and tried them first.

I placed an order on the kiosk because the manager had no one to work the register. I placed my order and waited and waited. Food for three people that ordered after me came out. Then my food came out and was wrong. The manager saw me standing at the counter after another employee alerted her after he watched me standing there for 4 minutes. The drive-thru worker walked past me 6 times and never acknowledged me. After the manager saw me, she said to the worker “she’s gonna have to wait, the drive-thru is more important.”

I’ve driven to this location a few times & the moment I got to the speaker they’d say “we’re down for 30”.. at first I asked what that meant & they said they were taking a 30 min break, but when I asked how long they’d taken already/how much time was left (despite thinking that was kinda ridiculous to shut the entire place down to take a break together), they just kept repeating “we’re down for 30” until I drove off. The second time I asked when they are usually “down for 30” & again they just ignored me. I’ve since done my best to avoid this location.

I don’t normally write on these but the experience at Taco Bell Poplar Level in Louisville was that bad! Everything I ordered was bad! Crunch wrap was burnt bread with nothing inside! Tacos we like someone tried to put nothing inside! Service bad and un friendly and place was empty so they could have tried! I will never use them again

Service was fine but the app sucked. Ordered ahead and aid but when I got there they only had half my order so that was upsetting. Got the first order wired for the second one for home and had a soggy kinda nasty Mexican pizza. I love the Mexican pizza but not soggy eww. I was so upset when they took the Mexican pizza off the menu. Didn’t know it was back till the day I ordered and visited and I was so excited but because I had to wait for the second order it was so disappointing when I got home. Hopefully next time will be better.

False advertising charging 40% above advertised price! We were hyped for the $5 crave box that is heavily advertised but this store and all the other franchise stores around it are charging $7. That is 40% more for the same amount of food!! Don’t let this franchise owner rob you with his greed when the advertisement for the $5 box is driving people in!!!

Mexican Pizza Beans tasted like chemicals and very burnt I couldn’t eat it.. Very Terrible. Chicken Quesadilla was barley filled and was mostly tortilla was also nasty. The taco’s were very soggy we threw it all away, was a very big waste of money! Do not recommend.

Let’s face it, no fast food joints on poplar level are good anymore. I find myself going to Preston or highlands mostly which is not convenient. When you can catch them open they are pretty good. Posted hours mean nothing.
