ordered 3 mexican pizzas for me, my son and my mom and they all tasted like they were burned or something. it was absolutely TERRIBLE!!! i couldn’t eat it. it made me throw up from eating two bites. that was disgusting and i have always loved mexican pizzas.

I place an order through DoorDash which has to be manually put into their system. I ordered the party pack which comes with 12 tacos, sauce and 2 drinks. I only received 6 tacos no sauce and 2 drinks. I paid $30 dollars for that. Terrible!!

The service is always decent but it seems like anytime we get anything with fried ingredients, the oil is rancid. Please change your oil when it’s supposed to be changed. We can taste it! Rip to my Crunchwrap. I was so excited about it

Customer service here is so great but the food a different story we ordered 3 Mexican pizzas extra meat and it was so terrible didn’t have extra anything. They was so sloppy and poorly made with the crusty beans. It’s sad. They dont answer the phone. I think we are taking a break from Taco Bell.

This is a $4.19 Quesadilla from Taco Bell, Boone Station Road, Shelbyville. This has to be the worse meal ever. I did not weigh it but I seriously doubt there was more than 2 ounces of chicken. McChicken has much more I bet and it is only $2.00.

The Staff is Awesome and always Friendly! I have never gone into Taco Bell and Not be acknowledged! They are very attentive and will go out of their way to give the customer a positive experience regardless of the job they are performing. Management Training definitely shows in this Restaurant and I will continue to Recommend this Restaurant to Everyone because the Customer Service is Really above and beyond the job description and it’s absolutely impossible to have a bad experience with the Team/Crew here because Management has really excelled in their training/Teamwork and it definitely shows and that’s why I enjoy dining here! Thanks to Staff and Management for always going out of their way to make my visits memorable and impressionable.
