Not thrilled with this place. The food was mediocre for Taco Bell. The customer service was bland as well. The girl at the drive thru window didn’t even acknowledge our existence until she was ready to give us food/drinks. If you expect people to spend their hard earned money at your business, you should at least treat them with better service by being prompt and friendly. Basic customer service 101.

I went here today to get my new favorite item on the menu the new crispy tacos.. and today all three of my tacos where such old chicken i couldn’t even eat them!! Look r like it was cooked 5 times before it got on my taco… Was so disgusting… was a total waste of my money…. so sad I wouldn’t recommend going here.. they also never give me a recipe so I can complain…

they were very nice and even though they were out of things, they were okay with substituting other things. Honestly the crew was great for that part of my experience! my complaint is that I drove ~30 min round trip from my house because they usually are better than the La Grange Taco Bell, but this time I spent about $35 and they forgot 3 of my items 🙁

I took the drive thru, the lady returned my order along with the card…that was so freaking fast. Wow I thought and when I started to eat that’s when I realized why they were so fast!!!!! The tortillas were as uncooked as they can get…which ruined it for me. I know they are trying to do their best, buy guys… please fry the tortillas a bit. This is one of the worst taco Bell’s in all of USA.

100/10 best taco bell i’ve been to across the country. the workers always make my food correct and proportion it right, even when i have annoying vegetarian customizations and have always been super kind on remaking it if there’s been a mistake. no matter if we do drive thru or mobile order our food is delicious this store sets the standards for what a taco bell should be

How was Taco Bell? I’ll tell you how it was…it was fandamntastic! Meat, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, grease and hot sauce…all wrap up in a soft tortilla. You sure Jesus wasn’t Mexican?

This is the 3rd and final time trying this location. 1st time potatoes were still frozen, second time potatoes frozen and they forgot the lettuce on the potato soft taco. This time I decided to try a black bean crunch wrap. Definitely not worth $3.79

Worst fast food place I have ever been to. Their website said the cheesy bean and rice burrito was $1 so I ordered four. They charged me $1.49 each. They were out of Mexican Pizza shells too. When I asked about the price difference they said to call their main office. Employees were very rude.
