It never fails. They ARE ALWAYS out of soft drinks or other popular food items. If you have your stomach set on Taco Bell do NOT go to this one because you will be very disappointed. You get so many chances to get peoples money and they do a terrific job of making you not want to come back

It’s Taco Bell and we all live Taco Bell but this Taco Bell doesn’t take that extra step for their customers their rude my food was cold and what are you going to do with less then a dallop of sour cream when I said something they wanted to charge me extra just to add what should of been on my taco supreme to begin with. The meat had so much grease it soggyed my shell and the taco fell through the bottom. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review on a business we all work hard for our money and when it comes time to spend it on the things we live we want our money’s worth.

Worst store on the coast. Doesn’t deserve a star but you have to put one to type a review. They’re supposed to be open until 2 am and once again I just drove through the drive thru and they won’t answer your order. Then they literally go in the back and hide when you drive to the window and honk the car horn. Pathetic. I could write a book on how sorry these people are. Every time I’ve ordered food inside the store they have been rude and messed up my order. I’ve only been there a few times and literally every time it’s been like this. Most of the time I only go there because I work for Door Dash occasionally. Everyone who works there especially the management should be fired.

Last visit was horrible. First thing is they didn’t have onions. I can understand with the supply chain these things can happen. However when I received my food all the tacos were thrown in the bag upside down. This made for a tremendous mess. Then the next time I wanted to try the breakfast. Online said opens 9 A.M. even verified online by store. When I got there closed until 10 A.M. I give up on this place. When it goes fully automated I will return.

I had to give at least one star. The service is awful . They were out of a lot of things, but that really wasn’t the problem . My biggest issue is #1. we were not greeted at all. #2 When she did speak, we were told to use the keyosc. #3 We were trying to find out exactly what they didn’t have. She acted like it was an inconvenience to even move. If you don’t have enough ppl on your crew, don’t even bother to open it. Your employees are very rude. You lost my business as of today.

The associates there were only concerned with the drive through and not the orders that were made through the app. They lost my order and I had to give them my phone in oder to get my order. They forgot an item I ordered plus the had me carry my order out with 2 deluxe craver boxes, 2 drinks, and one item in a bag. I told them my order was to go and they said it was to go. So I had to carry the 2 boxes, 1 bag, and 2 drinks and be able to get into my truck. I have never been so upset with service here before. I spent over $25 on my order and got treated like I was a burden to them.

We waited 20 minutes in the drive through. If you want something quick don’t come here. The food was good. If you go inside it isn’t any quicker, they prioritize the drive through. Either way it takes a long time.

They are always out of some ingredient for the food whether it be chicken or steak. My order is always wrong and I ordered soft tacos and they didnt put in lettuce on the soft taco. Like how hard is it to do your job correctly? It’s not rocket science.
