Was missing over half my order. When I pulled through to tell them they told me they were going to call the police. I was being calm I just wanted the rest of my order. They instructed me to pull around where the manager met me at the window, asked for my receipt, handed me a drink, and then slammed the window in my face. I waited at the front door as instructed for about 15 minutes as order after order came out to customers. I understand that it was a late night order, but I wasn’t mean, I didn’t raise my voice. Not once, even after the guy tried to dismiss me with a “have a blessed day” or laughing at me when I said I was missing food. I don’t even like Taco Bell, but this was ridiculous. It might only be $15 dollars of burritos, but I paid for it and they did not perform their side of that exchange. Worst manners I have ever seen from any fast food employee. If you’re hungry, go somewhere else, I promise you it’s worth the wait. Absolute trash location.

latest sign of the apocalypse: pulled up to drive through attendant said these exact words, “sorry, there are only two of us working and we’re taking a 5 minute break right now” then waved and laughed as we drove off. What is our world coming to??? Truly pitiful!!!!

Though we ordered in the app for pickup in drive through, we should have went inside. There was only one car in front of us and we got to the window fast, but we’re asked to pull around to the side door. No problem, but they had already asked for the car in front to pull around so we were behind them and blocked so we couldn’t pull in to a parking spot. Then they gave our order to the car in front of us after about 10 minutes of waiting! Then we had to wait another 15 minutes for the car in front to get the correct food and for us to get our new food! To top it all off, they had either no beef or very little in everything we ordered. The beefy 5 layer burrito had no beef!

The worst ever. There was only a little meat on the hard tacos , and soft tacos. The chicken quesadilla were dry and the crunch wraps were soggy. It was 31.00 dollars and was not worth 2.50 . When I pulled through the drive through got to the window I was told to back up behind the yellow pole. Never have I ever heard of this. After waiting a few minutes she leaned out of the window to wave me back to the window to tell me to pull to the front door and they will bring out my order. I’m not quite sure what the deal is but hopefully someone can make the correction that are needed.

Got to the restaurant and went inside and was told the lobby was closed but we could walk through the drive through since our car wouldn’t fit through the drive through. We walked through the drive through and was turned away and was told we couldn’t get food without a car. We’ve traveled all around the United States and have never ran into this problem and are disappointed they couldn’t help us out.

This restaurant consistently serves poorly made food. The attitudes of the staff members are just as sloppy. When I say consistently, I mean three times per month for over a year now, every single order is half made.This is the “Cheesy Gordita Crunch” I ordered today…The shells are hard and stale and I’ve never in my life had it served like this. No one was in front of me, there’s NEVER a rush there, and really no excuse for service like this, over and over.. I hope Taco Bell pays some attention to this particular store and how it’s run.
