I have gone to this location twice now. Thought that maybe the first time they were having a bad day. When I first arrived the drive through line was so long and people were backing out of it to leave. So I went inside. There were only 2 workers for everything, that explains the drive through. I place my order through the kiosk and wait. For well over 20 minutes. Everyone in the drive through had gone through and new people had come and gone. However, I figured with it just being 2 of them, I understand. The food was barely Luke warm when I got it and there was NO flavor. I understand that it’s fast food and everything is pre done. But even the sauces that go on everything were bland. Zero spice. Went for the second time today and went through the drive. The woman working seemed like the hated life and had zero customer service. I believe she was the manager. I saw her leaving the first time with the bank deposit cash in her hand (bag was tucked under her arm). Got my food and again, it was luke warm at best and zero flavor. I will just drive to the Clinton location from now on.

My worse experience ever. Please avoid this place. Ordered a Bell Grande combo. Drink had no ice ot fizz. Greeted the young lady and she didn’t utter a word, closing the window. I will give any establishment good reviews when it’s warranted. This place needs a makeover. I won’t visit another Taco Bell.

The guy who took my card at the window, never said a word to me. When he handed my card back to me, he threw it, and it ended up in my passenger floor board. He kept his back to me, and was talking with another guy that works there. He made a halfway turn to hand me my food…never said a word.

They were rude and not helpful at all . I needed a printed receipt. They kept saying, what I picked out of the three choices. And I said a printed one. No help at all. They got mad and walked away from me. Very poor service. Not going back there ever again. The worst place in Byram.
