My experience with this place was an absolute let down. The manager on duty the night of June 30 2023 was absolutely repulsive. Her attitude and workmanship as an employee was utterly disrespectful, unprofessional and disgusting. She refused to fulfill my doordash order that was being prepared before closing time and refused to give it to the dasher. The dasher called me and we spoke on speaker phone with the manager listing and responding. She told me I can come get it the following day because she refused to give it to the dasher for the reason of her being ready to go home. The order was already made!!!!

The drive thru woman sounds like she’s at a funeral. They ALWAYS make you pull out of the drive thru and park for 15 minutes before you can get your food even if you order on the app or get 2 items. I wish there was a different one in this area. It’s always worse after 4pm especially when you’re the only customer.

Ordered dinner and also two frozen drinks that were on a HUGE sign as soon as I pulled into the drive through. When the guy gave me two completely different drinks instead, I asked for the drinks I had originally ordered and was told by the guy he didn’t know what I was talking about, I told him it was on the sign and the menu and he shrugged…and slams window in my face and walks away. When he comes back and hands me my food I asked if he could ask the person that made the drinks, she said “I’ve never heard of that” and slams the window in my face, so I was stuck with 2 frozen drinks we paid for but didn’t really want or like. Also ordered and paid for extra sour cream and got home-no sour cream. I didn’t go back because it was obvious I wasn’t going to get any help…

Worst place to eat I can literally go to any other Taco Bell and order a grill cheese burrito and it’s big only need 1 at this place I ordered 2 grilled cheese burrito and 2 beefy 5 layer cause there cheap all my burritos were so small even the ones I payed 5 dollars apeice for I ate all 4 worst place ever must be pinching every penny to make a profit from lack of customers from lack of good customer service
