They said we could only order at kiosk. We don’t ever use kiosk. The guy at the counter was just standing around and did not offer to help us. So a customer there from next door burger King helped us and he was so sweet to us. Some of your people in there 70’s and older, sometimes need help

My daughter’s and I stood there for 10 minutes and was never serviced. Three workers looked at us and never said anything. Finally, another worker from the back came and asked if I needed to order and when I said yes she said I had to do it on the kiosk behind me. There was no sign or anything to say that and one of the other workers could have said that. One of the workers even came out and asked a customer, what they wanted on something and they still didn’t acknowledge us standing there. They were very rude and unprofessional.

Service was pretty much non-existent. I had to ask if i could order to which they replied, “No you have to order on the machine” although there was no signs letting you know and they just ignored me until I actually asked them. They make you order on a filthy screen with smudges all over it, and only one was functioning. The floors were filthy, and the tables also had smudges all over them. I usually love Taco Bell, but this particular location needs a renovation or major clean up and some retraining for their entire staff. The food was not nice N hot either it was luke warm.

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve EVER been to. Stopped after spring break at 8:30 pm, and waited infront of the kiosk for 10 minutes with workers looking out me without acknowledging my existence. A worker eventually came up to me, told me I had to order off of the large screen behind us. With one being completely broken I had no clue another existed much less that it was required for us to order that way. As I order an option for a drink comes I select a large Dr Pepper. Once receiving my food order, I asked for my drink, receive my cup, just to find out Dr Pepper isn’t offered at this location. If I would’ve known that, I could’ve only gotten tacos since I only was getting it because of there being Dr Pepper. Food came without any sauce being available to choose, had to wait even longer to get a worker to acknowledge me in order to get my sauce. This total interaction took 30-40 minutes when I only asked for three plain tacos. If you can avoid the headache of this location, do it.

If I would give zero stars I would I don’t usually talk about a place but this place…. Not only are they rude they got my order wrong.. so unless you want to be around rude folks and have your order done wrong definitely go here

I wish I could rate it zero stars. Place wasn’t even packed there was one table with two people and the people wouldn’t take my order inside. They insisted I use the kiosk and the kiosk was glitching the entire time that it wouldn’t work taking my order. Had two girls come in behind me and said oh no the kiosks aren’t working but they won’t take my order. Sorry place of an excuse.
