Been multiple times always disappointed my order are never correct …if the place is even open to begin with. Although they usually replace it no problem. Stuff is never bagged right always falls to pieces . I never get a receipt , never get straws , and I had their tea once … never again tasted sour and moldy.

You know, it’s very disrespectful to be treated differently because of my skin color. I’m a Christian and I don’t treat anyone differently or of higher standard due to their skin color. This establishment would have been given 5 stars, but I’ve got nothing for racism. We were greeted with, ” is the kiosk working for you?” When people of their same race walks in happily greeted and conversations and also gave a discount plus put two extra tacos in her bag.

The single worst taco bell I have ever been to, my order is always wrong and the staff is rude, they will not give you a receipt even when asked for. When items aren’t on your ticket that you clearly ask for they will say oops and not try and make it right and this has happened to me EVERY TIME, the Mexican pizza tastes like they rub it into the floor it’s so bitter and gross, if I could give it negative stars I would. Please get better staff.

Went through the drive thru for a quick pick up and didn’t receive all my order but since I was half way down the road I didn’t turn around but I will definitely check my order before pulling off

Forget speedy or friendly service. I had to wait 20 minutes for an order placed online because they forgot to do the order. When I finally got my food everything was crammed into one box that wouldn’t even close and all my food spilled into my bag. Also the sweet tea there is straight up garbage water!!

My taco was great. The nacho bell grande had a funky taste. I narrowed it down to the chips. They had a chemically taste. Threw it in the garbage and wasted my money.

Never got our food after waiting 30 minutes. Asked for a refund and apology and only got a refund after almost not getting it. Restaurant was a disaster and we were the only customers and no one in drive thru. Every table was dirty and all the drinks were out. Manager was AWFUL!!!

I love taco bell, unfortunately this one constantly shifts between awful and decent. It stays more in the awful range than the decent one. I’ve given them several chances over the years, and I never complain.

it pains me to say this but the staff doesn’t acknowledge your presence now. there is no cashier and it’s ONLY place an order at the kiosk. my blackbean crunch wrap was soggy instead of crunchy. the drink machine was out of Pepsi Zero and Baja Blast Zero. we had to repeatedly ask for the drink cups. a plastic box was blocking most of the fountain nozzles and it was full of water. no ice for the sodas. very disappointed in the Pontotoc store and I will not return to this location. I can stay home and made my own Crunch Wrap and not be ignored.

This breaks my heart writing this cause I used to love going to TB. They, now, aren’t as good. I have to say I have never really had a rude experience with anyone but I have had some odd issues. 3 times now they couldn’t make my order. The first time I was told it was too much food to make, even though it was only 12 items. The second time I ordered online and no where on the site did it say they would be closed that day, only to get to the store and find they were closed when they shouldn’t have been. That one I can let slide a bit seeing as something could have happened. The 3rd time, I ordered online again and ordered 22 items, only to get there and be told again that it was too much food to make. I can order 2 party packs that equal 24 tacos and they happily give that but it I order 22 items that is too much. It makes no sense. If they are having an issue making the food then there should be a message on the site and/or a sign at the store saying they have to limit the number of items someone can buy. I can understand if I ordered 80 tacos but I only ordered 22 items. There were like 7 people in the drive thru and more inside, I am sure all of that would have added up to well over 22 items. They are also getting to where they don’t give you all of your food. They weren’t like that in the beginning but now it happens all the time.
