Terrible. Our first time in Mississippi and at this Taco Bell. SIX cars. Waiting for their food. 15-20mins for each car to get their food. CLEANING LADY comes out with food WITH her gloves on. Absolutely nasty. Absolutely outrageous.

Good food and service. The food is actually pretty well made. The tacos are actually full of ingredients, unlike a bunch of other taco bells. Drive through associate was polite and nice. According to the receipt her name was Kelly. For it being what it is 10/10. Highly satisfied. Just wish the taco bell near where I lived cared as much.

The lady making the food was polite but I had to order food on a kiosk, making changes are a pain since I haven’t been train to do a job Taco Bell should be paying someone to perform. -2 stars because it took very bit of 30 mins for me to figure things out and get my food, I was the only one there at the time. 5 employees walking around so it’s not the lack of employees that caused this issue!

Tonight was horrible. We get there and I ordered on that stupid computer and when I get ready to pay it decides to reset itself. Well after I go through all that trouble I wait another 30 before I get to pay because the manager Crystal had the whole crew working their butts off in drive through while she just stood at the window. She was very rude to her crew working tonight. Especially Kierra, she just kept yelling at her and let me tell yall, that Kierra lady was working her tail off. Making tacos, refilling the stations, running food and whatever needed done. Kierra needs a raise and she should be manager. First time meeting her tonight and she is awesome. Thank you Kierra!!! Don’t let that witch Crystal get to you.

The employees are very rude. Threw the food on the counter and just walked off. Will not be back! Also as soon as we walked in said if we was ready to order we had to use the kiosk and it was only us and one other customer and they also told us they was rude and wouldn’t be back!

Love there grilled cheese barreto. The guy was nice when i ate in, but the one in the window when i go threw there with his tone when u ask about something on the menu is kind of rude when he trys to explain it. Or when u ask for a medium slush and he says there is small or large, u say small and they charges me 3 different times for a large. Inside could be cleaned up some also during the day. Know its hard to keep labor down sometimes and u have to have less people but it would create more buissness.

I visited this location on Tuesday and waited in the lobby 25 min after ordering on the kiosk. Since the kiosk was installed this location WILL NOT take your order inside, and won’t even acknowledge you coming in. Tonight I go through the drive thru at 11:10pm, and they would not take my order. I was greeted at the speaker with “ I have register problems I can’t take your order.”
