This was my first visit to this Taco Bell. I ordered online & used the drive thru. For a little college town the young man at the drive thru was extremely polite and courteous. The food was fresh and delicious. The soft tacos were not all dough. They actually had meat, cheese and lettuce in them.

I don’t know what has been up with the kitchen staff here, but when I put NO tomatoes and NO sour cream THAT DOES NOT MEAN TO DROWN MY FOOD WITH IT‼️‼️ I work in a kitchen myself it’s nowhere near hard to read those special request slips the pos system prints out. This has happened every time I’ve been at this location, my breakfast is always spot on and fresh so I have absolutely zero complaints for breakfast, but lunch/dinner is a whole different ball game, whatever I order I always request no tomato and no sour cream only to get my order and unwrap what I can only describe as a salad taco drowned in the 2 items I specifically ask NOT to be put on my food. Today (July 25 2023) I spent $27.32 in total thru the app ordering my lunch while I was on break, a build your own cravings box with my items I wanted that I requested no tomato and no sour cream on, along with some food for my fiance. Her order was correct but wouldn’t you know it mine was drowned in what asked not to be put on it. Highly disappointed and won’t be ordering anything past breakfast from here anymore.

This place is absolutely fantastic! Ive never had a bad experience at this location and I definitely understand being short staffed. Ive had my fair share of fast food service. I visited this location on March 23rd, and although I didn’t get the workers names, I am very proud of each of them. There were only 4 people in the back and to make things even more scary, an HR person came. Again, very pleased with my visit and I definitely recommend this store to anyone passing through!

The service can be sluggish here. The food is fresh and the orders are timely. But as with many places, this restaurant is short staffed and counter service may he delayed. You are asked to either place a mobile order or use one of the 2 kiosks within the store. This can be a hindrance to older people who are not normally good with technology.

I ordered Taco party pack the taco shells were so old they were terrible they smelled old they tasted old it was disgusting my dog wouldn’t even need it but yet I couldn’t get my money back nor could I get another taco party pack

The last time I came to this establishment and I ordered a party pack of tacos and burritos the taco shells were so bad that I couldn’t meet him I tried to call they wouldn’t answer the phone I returned the next day with the tacos and the burritos from the night before with receipt and they would not refund my money it was not edible they were bad

I’m not ashamed to admit I love taco bell. The foods good for the price, and the service is generally pretty quick. In saying that however, in my town at least, it seems like everyone goes to either Taco Bell, or Wendy’s, and they alternate every day, so one day they could be super quick, and then the next you’re stuck in line for 30-40 mins. Overall though it’s great.

They must have a new employee who cares. They are making the items look good recently. I have got tacos scattered in the bottom of the bag before. But the last 3 weeks i have been stopping once a week and have been impressed. The double meat cheesy burrito has been very good. What has been most noticed is the wrapping of the burrito. Both ends tied. Looks prepared and not thrown together.
