My cinnamon twists have no sugar or cinnamon. My drink has no syrup in so it just tastes like water. There’s not even a number to call and ask if I can get some kind of voucher. Do better.

Night crew here blows. I got 3 crispy tacos and they literally put chicken strips that were over cooked and old AF and on 2 inches long on my tacos. They didn’t even cover half the taco. So they basically charged me 10$ for 3 chicken nuggets. I returned the food and for my money back. I’ll never stop at this location again

I frequent Taco Bell and I was impressed by this location. I went through the drive-thru and I must say the service was friendly and fast. My receipt says the cashier was a lady named Hannah R. And the gentleman that was there was very kind as well. Thank you Taco Bell!

We eat from the Baxter location at least twice a week or more & have found the best way to ensure the best quality & correct order combination is from going inside & placing our to go order. Yes it’s a little more time consuming than doing the drive thru but if you are like me & always have a bit of a change to most every menu item then it’s definitely worth the extra step of ordering inside & getting the food you want exactly the way you want it, hot & fresh. I think we can all agree that prices have increased across the board when eating out so if I’m paying more then I want to get my order exactly as I prefer & I want it to taste good as well. The Baxter location does the best job at this as far as I’m concerned.

I have eaten here several times since it has opened. Their fried food items need work. Whether it is their nachos, the twists, or a Chalupa. I think their oil isn’t being thrown out often enough for one. Two, they aren’t seasoning their items; no salt on the nachos or cinnamon on the twists. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt because it’s new but it keeps happening.
