Sat in drive thru line for 30 minutes before ordering. It cost $50 to feed 3 people. The food was good but $9 just to add sour cream to 12 tacos is crazy. Not great on time or cost but the food was good. The guy gave me 2 coupons for free tacos to compensate my wait.

They’ll leave you waiting at the drive-thru menu only to get back to you and tell you they don’t have basic ingredients such as BEEF. Even when they do have what you want you’d think a toddler went and prepared the food. This used to be my favorite Taco Bell… now it’s just completely gone down the drain.

The managers will have you sitting forever at the menu to “reduce drive-through times” regardless of how busy they are, which is entirely contradictory to the reason that timer even exists.

Let me start off saying this is a first for here! Ten minutes into waiting on our order I realized I forgot to order a side of sour cream so I went back up to the front to order that. I then saw that the gentleman making our food had tomatoes on the Crunchwrap that was ordered with no tomatoes. Because this was for my son I asked for the tomatoes to be removed. This upset the guy making the food who got an attitude about it. Someone else who I assume was probably a team leader or management told him to just make a new one. I would’ve been fine with them being picked off just didn’t want them on the Crunchwrap. When the food was ordered he called my name and walked away without saying anything to me but made sure to talk to people whose order he made after ours and to tell them to have a good day. While me and my son ate I could over hear him saying “all she saw was one tomato”. Well for one it wasn’t one tomato it was multiple and if the order says no tomatoes that means no tomatoes even if it would’ve been one. I went back up there and explained that if he’s going to talk about me he might want to be more quiet about it and if it wouldn’t have been my sons food I wouldn’t of worried about it. There were only two gentleman working this shift. One gentleman’s name I believe is Tyler, it WAS NOT Tyler. The gentleman that had the attitude and horrible customer service was about 5’11” Caucasian, with dark hair, seemed a little more feminine, (not that that’s a bad thing!) and probably hasn’t worked there for a long time. When I did get the order the cup with the sour cream in it was very minimal and same with the nacho cheese for the nacho fries, minimal. I do feel that that was done out of spite. Worst experience I’ve had here and we eat here often. High disappointed and will take our business elsewhere for a while!

Always a classic for quick Latin American foods. This particular location is exceptional at getting everything you asked for in a timely manner. Unfortunately, my Crunchwrap Supreme was not as grilled as it normally is. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.
