was a customer for 5 minutes on Sunday June 23rs 2023 walked in staff were behind counter each looked at me and knew I was waiting waited 3-4 minutes standing there with staff mulling around in the prep area not really busy, I walked up to the counter no one offered to take order or even engage me with a “we will be with you in a minute ” I left and went to subway where I was waited upon immediately. Poor service and engagement by staff no food and I will not ever go back to the Savannah TN location and will avoid Taco Bell as a whole unless there is no other choice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you go to this location you better have at least a hour to get your food. Expect everything you get to be completely wrong. I ordered on the app expecting it to speed up the process and waited 50 minutes in the lobby for my food.

It’s a Saturday. Taco Bell closes at 1 on Saturdays. I showed up at 1220, and I realize that’s pretty late but hours are hours. They tell me they’re closed because they’re out of meat.. It caught me off guard so I asked can you repeat that. The lady on the mic then said “we’re out of meat at the moment, and by the time we cook some more it’ll be closing time, so we’re closed…” I’ve met some lazy people and this place has hired them all.
