Absolute trash. Had a bad experience with the food asked for a refund on food not eaten was told they couldn’t because they neglected to give me a receipt at point of sale in drive thru. Absolutely worst TB I’ve been to and won’t be back. Ended up leaving with no food and no refund. Should be against the law. Was told to leave by an employee when the situation wasn’t being resolved. Apparently the employee was feeling threatened by the situation of an unhappy but not unhinged customer. Ridiculous.

Ordered online. Got there and half my tacos were wrong, I told them it was wrong and the one who made it said they made what was on the screen. I had to literally show them the receipt they taped to my order and then they remade them. I felt like I shouldn’t have even spoken up but it was a lot of money I spent. The tacos were flat, several broken, the Burrito Supreme was flat and had no sour cream (discovered when I was eating it) and my freeze was supposed to be Watermelonberry but it was Blue Raspberry. I didn’t mind Blue Raspberry but that’s not what I ordered. I didn’t dare tell them that was wrong too. I will not order from this location again. I will travel to Jackson next time.

First time at this new location, and not a great experience. Card machines down, so cash only. this is the same repetitive issue that plagued the old location. Food was okay, so considering the complete experience, I give it 3 stars. I am not a huge Taco bell fan anymore, so it may be a while before I return to update this rating. Enjoyed a great lunch couple of days ago. Their new location has come with an upgrade in food quality as well as staff professionalism. If you haven’t been in a while I would say give them a try. Recently had lunch again at this location, it’s still great!
