I visited Taco Bell and wasn’t impressed with the dining experience. The Mexican pizza was sold out and the restaurant was leaking water. The fountain machine wasn’t working for customers, but the staff was friendly. The food was good, but this isn’t the best location for dining in.

Listen shout out to this Taco Bell babe. Not only was the food right, looked and tasted like a chef was hired to cook it, but the customer service was unbelievable. When I tell you I hate fast food places because they be rude but not this Taco Bell, make you feel like you about to eat Capital Grill at the window. Who ever the manager is you don’t never need to quit because you just took Taco Bell to another level. They must hand picked you out of one of a kind because you are unmatched when it comes to this business period. I wish I could give you 10 stars ⭐️ five not close to enough!!!!!

After a long day at work I’m simply just trying to get something to eat and go home. I ordered the chalupa cravings box and requested NO SOUR CREAM on my chalupa. Only to get ALLLLL the way home and see there’s sour cream on my chalupa. Not to mention I was half way home only to realize I did not receive my soda and had to turn around and go BACK up there to get my soda. I ordered two additional crunchy tacos with my meal. All three crunchy tacos barely had any lettuce on them at all, they were all thin, and one was broken up. In addition to ALL of that I did NOT get a beefy 5 layer burrito with my chalupa box, they gave me a damn bean burrito with cheese. . If it wasn’t for my children, that b.s. food would have gone in the TRASH! You all owe me a free meal for this terrible meal I received and the MAJOR INCONVENIENCE I was put through!

I ordered the cravings box and the women gave me a Doritos taco with no meat lettuce and a pinch of cheese and forgot my bean burrito as well as a large Pepsi. We went to ask for our other drink and she gave an attitude. Won’t be back especially with the trash that works here.
