I went here at 2am in the morning, really wasn’t expecting much as far as service or quality. However, when I say, it was the best Taco Bell I ever had. I ordered the Nacho Belle Grande combo with a soft taco. The soft taco was nicely presented in the “crunchy taco” sleeve so it wouldn’t get soggy. And you could tell each item was made like they were making for themselves. Kudos It was the 1st time I can actually say, I really enjoyed my Taco Bell.

Every time we’ve visited this location they’re always polite, have manners when speaking to us & we get our order very quick…Unlike 85% of any other fast food establishment in Memphis…Thanks to you guys for doing an awesome job…We will be back!

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to in Memphis. The manager here is super friendly as are all of the other staff. They ask how you’re doing or how your day is going which I appreciate. Everyone is approachable which isn’t usually the case for fast food places that aren’t Chickfila. The food is perfect, the proportions are correct every time and everything is wrapped/prepared correctly so it’s not a mess when you open it. If there is an issue they are quick to fix it, but issues here are few and far between. Love getting food from here!

Love those “Surprise Packs” we get in the drive-thru! “Is it what I ordered? Is it the quantity I ordered??” Drove through this Sunday afternoon and ordered 2 soft tacos and 4 regular crunchy tacos. And Voila! I arrived home and pulled 2 soft and 2 regular tacos out of the bag. “Surprise, surprise, surprise!” I hope the staff enjoyed my 2 crunchy tacos they forgot to give me. And PAID for. Shoot

I went here because they listed the location was open until 3 AM. When I got there at 2:10am , all the lights were on, and I saw employees in the building. I went up to the drive-in menu and waited for 10 minutes for anyone to respond. I was completely ignored. And then drove around to the pick up window, and saw several employees who saw me and ignored me. I then called the building which I saw several employees look at the phone and then ignored. Finally, someone came up to the driver window and said we close and rudely said to go away. If you are not open to 3 AM, please do not list that you’re open to that time.

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered online and for delivery. Delivery service (Uber Eats) was spot on. Taco Bell failed. They just threw some random items in a bag and sent it out. The receipt on the bag was what I ordered but the contents were not. What they decided to throw in the bag were items I don’t eat so I was left hungry and completely dissatisfied.

I live down the street and come here more than I probably should. And, in general, it’s Taco Bell, ya know? It is what it is. I never set my expectations high. I’ll never complain about anything as long as they are handing me food in a bag when I get to the window. But… tonight. I was on my way home from a concert and wanted a singular volcano burrito. They were out of volcano sauce. Okay. I’ll adapt. Went for the beefy burrito from the $2 menu. Nothing more, nothing less. Had leftover sauce at home from previous TB runs.

We came for lunch and had five people in front of us in line. I expected my lunch to take a long time to be prepared but was surprised to find my order ready nearly as soon as I sat down after getting a drink. The staff was friendly. The food was delish. And the place was really clean! I also loved that they have a nice big playground!

Pulled into the drive-thru and there was a truck sitting there not moving. Pulled around and went in and was chased off by two employees standing around and chatting. They said the store was temporarily closed and they wouldn’t help. When I asked about the drive-thru the guy who told me they were closed just ignored my question and told me to get out. Will never be coming to this location again.

Manager knows how to treat and talk to customers. I don’t see that too often in the fast food places! Poor customer service can be a deal breaker for me! Also the food is good and priced reasonably. I’ll be returning.
