If you are wanting to get a quick bite to eat- this is NOT where you go! You could be served your meal at any sit down restaurant nearby, before you are able to order your food at the drive thru! Was the 4th car in line (just before 2 pm) and took over 20 minutes to order food. We watched at least 6 cars leave the line because it was taking so long. After we finally received our food this is what it looked like when we took it out of the bag. A COMPLETE MESS and not even wrapped.

This taco bell is much better than the one by the airport. This Taco Bell is on the interstate so lots of people coming and going especially when people are getting off work. Never had an issue with the quality of the food at this location. The quality is top notch here. I’ve only ever had 1 issue. I had to wait in line awhile at the drive thru once this week. They said over the intercom that they were short staffed and were only doing short orders. I was encouraged to not order more after only ordering 2 burritos and 4 tacos and a drink.

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Dinning room is never open, Drive through is the slowest one you will ever go through. I sat there 6 cars back for 10mins before the person ordering moved and there was no one in front of them. Employees who could care less about speed or even getting it right.

Every time I coke to this Taco Bell I get served the wrong food, I’ve come here 5-6 times and every time something has been wrong with my order. I just ordered a Baja Blast and got a diet Baja blast. The employees also aren’t very friendly, they are lazy and act like they don’t want to be there. This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to in my life.

If your going to only have the drive thru open then you got to be fast! It took 5 -10 minutes just to say “may I take your order” to each person that pulled up to the speaker. Do people not know how to multi-task anymore. Line of cars. Just ridiculous! Really deserves ZERO STARS. *edit* the girl was on the phone when I finally pulled to window. It’s like they are only taking 2 orders at a time. Ya’ll it’s sad the work ethic of people these days.

Huge taco bell fans. We order taco bell a lot! We live closer to the west town mall location, but I always make the drive here. This location has always, in our books, been the best one. This last visit was far from the normal. Ordered steak quesadilla combo, received chicken. Dorito Loco taco was a tiny sad, half scoop of meat, the shell was broken making it hard to eat even if it had enough filling to make it worth it. (First 2 pics)

Everything was cold. The cheese sauce was so cold it was a different color. The taco beef was also cold not even warm cold like a refrigerator. Had to throw it all away didn’t trust it. If the people making the food are actually serving it cold then idk what the hell else is going on in there. I never leave bad reviews.
