Food is pretty good when you get what you ordered. The problem is getting what your ordered. I ordered a Chicken chalupa supreme and 2 bean burritos. I should have unwrapped the food and checked it before I left the drive through.

This Taco Bell on Lovell road is awful, worst food ever. All of this food is not edible. The wings have been sitting somewhere cooked for at least an hour. Dryest wings I’ve ever had. I’m sure there’s a shelf life on them, but it wasn’t used. Pitiful. This Taco Bell is always bad, I don’t know why I keep giving it a try every couple of months. I’m going to stick to Salsarita’s and Doe Brothers. I’d give them zero stars if I could, can’t post it if you don’t give it at least one star.

Pit stop conveniently located by the interstate- bathrooms were both clean, I was served immediately upon standing by the counter, my question about a new drink was answered courteously, and my food came out quickly – hot and fresh just for me! Thank you for such a pleasant experience that wasted no time (as we were trying to get home before too late). Excellent service, food, and atmosphere that all exceeded Taco Bell standards.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any taco bell concerning food quality. A $7 double steak grilled cheese burrito with as little contents as a soft taco, plain…. 2 made this way and wrong altogether. Nacho taco was stale. Chalupas were hard as a rock on the edges. Nacho cheese cups for chips were half full. A waisted $32 meal and time waiting in the drive through. In addition…… I tried to salvage my meal and eat what I could, just to find a long hair in my food, in my mouth… The picture below is the entirety of contents from one burrito vs. what they advertise. This is double steak.

This is a very good and convenient Taco Bell with great friendly service. The food was great and everything on my order was correct. The reason for the 2 stars is because of reduction in the drink selection due to the marketing strategy for the “BRISK Dragon Paradise Sparkling Tea”. If you look at the photo I have included in this review you’ll see that regular Pepsi, Mr Pibb, regular Mountain Dew and Mug Rootbeer are “Out”! Leaving only Diet Pepsi, Pepsi Zero, Sierra Mist, Dole Strawberry Squeeze and of course “BRISK Mango” iced tea and “BRISK Dragon Paradise Sparkling Tea” as the paying customer’s only drink choices. If these choices were not available for any other reason than for trying to sell the BRISK Tea selections, then this should have been fixed ASAP. I feel like this is bad customer service and driven by Poor Management! This Taco Bell is owned by the Pepsi company therefore Pepsi should be available. It’s not a showstopper but it’s not the way businesses are run!!

Located on the southwest side of Knoxville, this Taco Bell supplied me with excellent service. I got the nacho fries box for $5 with a taco, burrito, nacho fries, and a drink. Great value if you typically buy a drink with your meal. The drive thru was very fast. The food was also very (temperature-wise) hot which shows me it is made fresh. Very impressed by this location. Great stop for food as you enter or leave Knoxville. I see now why this is one of the highest rated in the city.

Waited in the drive-thru line for 10-15 minutes and not a single car moved. Watched 4-5 other cars leave the line because they got tired of waiting and saw no movement whatsoever. Tried the lobby, the door was unlocked so I walked in and saw 3 employees sitting at the register doing nothing but chatting, and they told me the lobby was closed and they must’ve forgotten to lock the door. Went straight to the Taco Bell 1 mile away at Walbrook and even though there were 10 cars in line, the employees were competent and the line moved very quickly. In and out in 10 minutes.

The new dipping tacos were really good but I ordered & paid for 3 & only got 2! That’s really frustrating!
