Absolutely horrible. Piss poor excuse for what was served. If a food inspection was happening or a core audit this store would fail miserably. The potatoes are definitely beyond expired. The taco shells taste disgusting. The cinnamon twists have a horrible taste like they are old as dirt that have been sitting in heating cabinets all week. We paid extra to have rice added to a burrito and of course none was added. Save your money and move along to the next Taco Bell because this location absolutely SUCKS!

The best Taco Ball for late night on 4/25/2023 at about 12am I have had in a very long time. The drive through cashier was excellent a taking orders and expediting to customers. Food was very up to standard the beans where perfect consistency not to dry not to runny. I could tell they work well as a team. Give them priority praise and appreciation management, because they deserve it. Increasing the pay for our food preparers is crucial if Taco Bell is going to serve quality food, I find that every other Taco Bell I have been to in Knoxville don’t seem to understand. Pay them higher and they will come and you will have quality in Employees. The night crew there is awesome!!!

We eat here at least once a week and it is always great and everyone is pleasant. The management at this location actually will great frequent flyers like us, and that means the world for a buisness that is usually cold and transactional. Can not recommend enough!!!

Great customer service, crew could be a little better dressed. But they work hard and smile. Menu is Taco Bell. Consistent but no longer affordable like many things. It’s a splurge anymore for us. But again, great customer service.

Employees were missing in action on Sunday, November 20th around 8:20am. I waited in an empty drive thru line to order breakfast and didn’t hear anything for 5 minutes so I drove next door and got Krystal’s in less time than I waited for someone to just acknowledge me at Taco Bell. I believe they were open due to the large open for breakfast sign in the window. Really frustrating as I was in a hurry and hoping to get my food fast but instead had my time wasted. I guess I’ll choose another option at the 398 exit for breakfast next time as there is plenty to choose from and just eat this for lunch/dinner as I’ve not had a problem later in the day.

Service was great, however, I received food that was burnt and not really what I ordered. I got a steak quesadilla and it’s more or less just a burnt tortilla. There is nothing inside the quesadilla, no cheese, no steak, no sauce.

it took about 25 minutes to fill our order. Our nacho fries were cold. I had ordered two beefy melt burritos with no strips. I took the fries back, five minutes later I got new fries that were only a couple of degrees warmer. Both my burritos had strips in them. No amount of I’m sorry makes up for this.
