This is by far the worst taco bell I have ever been to, I’m sure the employees are going to read this and be like..”oh this dude is such a Karen” but in actually its either corporate or the employees them self that are ruining this store. I was so excited that a TB was being built near were I live, but this place is a disappointment. After you order your food they tell u to just sit there at the menu and wait until the food is done so they have good drive thru times…. which means they have no obligation to do anything hastily. And also the portions this store has compared to literally every other TB is equal to about half of what your used to. If you like chicken quesodilla’s don’t order from here. They are equivalent to a tortilla with a little cheese and a where’s Waldo of random chicken pieces. And I’ve even asked for extra everything with zero difference. I love TB, as I said from the start this is easily the worst one I’ve ever been to….. I also remind you that I’m not sure if it’s corporate or employees. But it’s not worth even going here. I will change my review if it changes.

Drive through is crazy full, like 10 cars deep. I decided to enter to order inside and was behind 2 single gentlemen. We waited a while to have our orders taken, (or hell, to even be greeted would have been nice, or acknowledged!) and guy #2 leaves, then 4 minutes later guy #1 walks out. I’m at the counter waiting & a woman (an employee) is leaving her shift and only then am I recognized!!! Hooray, but she tells me to use the machine in the lobby. Unbelievable!

What used to be the best Taco Bell I’d now the worst. Last week I went through the drive through and they would not give me my change. The guy looked confused. My food looked like someone dropped it. Today my daughter picked up dinner. When she got home most of the order was missing. She called and they had it. She drove all the way back to pick up cold food without an apology and they were rude. He said “nothing we can do for you since you already paid for it”. Do better Taco Bell!

Always understaffed and the staff that is there is very slow. The last time I went there I decided to go inside instead of sitting in the very long drive-thru line. No one acknowledged any customer that came through the door. It wasn’t clear that we had to order at the kiosk. Many of us stood at the register waiting to place orders until we realized not one employee was going to come over there.

Their food is good but their prices keep going up. It used to be $12 for a party pack and now it’s $17 before tax. The tacos were good though, they had more meat on them than they usually do, everyone in the car thought so as well. I absolutely love their quesadillas. If you’ve never eaten at Taco Bell you HAVE TO try their quesadillas!

Can you all try to move more than one car at a time through the drive thru? It’s a consistent problem at this location only. Other restaurants move several cars through at a time with no issue.

When I asked the girl at the window why they only let one car go through at a time, she shut the window in my face and didn’t speak a word. This used to be the best drive thru to go to but anymore it’s just about the worst place in Seymour.

Food was fresh. Service was quick & welcoming. Tables clean. My only negative is — The floor to the restrooms & inside restroom was very slick with grease fumes or a greasy mop. We had to be very careful not to slip & fall.

This Taco Bell is always slammed but most of the time you get good, properly proportioned food after a wait. I’ve only had a couple times where the food wasn’t fresh and hot, usually when ordering quesadillas. Staff is friendly
